I don't blame the border patrol...but they should know the laws better
and i've had an incident with a cop lying on his police report and arresting me for the lie so i'm sympathetic to this ....watch the whole 27 minutes its well worth it
YEA...what a Pastor Jerk!! Why want reasonable cause to be seized and searched!! Why invoke your constitutional rights..he should have obeyed the Nazi’s like a good boy and he could have moved on! HOW DARE him delay anyone with his nonsense...DO AS YOUR TOLD!
This video has been out for at least two weeks now, without any kind of follow-up, anywhere. I am starting to suspect that this is a hoax.
Do you have any information about "dopers" or "terrorists" apprehended at internal checkpoints? That's not even what these guys are supposed to be looking for. These checkpoints have been established to filter out the wetbacks, or at least that's what they say.

He claims there has to be a search warrrant to search a car and that is not always the case. Many times a search warrant is not needed for a car because it can so easily be moved from the area. It is not like a house that is going to be there two hours from now after a warrant is obtained. I have no idea why he was not arrested. He should have been jailed the minute he refused to identify himself.
He already had his camera set-up and now he can count the hits on you tube to boost his frail ego.
Obviously not in THIS arena ... you and your boys lost.

trust me I know those types who abuse power and they don’t like to lose

its the equivalent of hitting a player by a pitcher after one of your guys got hit....
i know its in our nature as conservatives to have this view of all people with a badge to be great guys who are there to serve and protect and most of them are stand up great guys...but you have to remember when power is centralized it will be abused...and this is something the founding fathers recognized

Plenty of dope found there. Happens almost weekly. And yes, terrorists too, I remember the guy caught with explosives in his trunk by an alert INS agent coming in for the mellinium plot.

Finally by far the largest number of apprehensions on the list is...illegal aliens. This may be a shocker to you but when you ask someone to roll down their window and the occupant say Que? The USBP is doing the job you want them to do.
They didnt “lose”, they showed some restraint. They were checking into him the whole time, found out he was a garden variety moron who probably needs to get laid, then cut him loose instead of breaking out his window and booking him. As they had the right to.
They were smart, and saw he was just an idiot.

First he failed to comply with a lawful order given by a police officer. Second he failed to provide his identification after he broke the first law.
Which law?
He stopped ... that was all that was demanded ... and getting the uniform to show him a copy of the law clarified both positions.
This is nothing more than something we ALL have thought about (if only I had said THIS when he asked THAT .. etc.)
We rankle at the thought of a usurper in the white house, but no one has a pair to stand up against him.
We curse the guards that search little ol' white ladies and let obvious middle easterners go through at the airport.
I think this is an excelent training video for every American.
They'll be the first to agree that the job would be easier.
You can remain utterly shocked all you want but the agents need the help and support of the public not some confrontational fruitfly who wants to get his time on You Tube.
