My Mother The Car. It’s sci-fi because no mom could ever really possess a jalopy. Really.

Dont forget Harry Kim and the Kimtones featuring Harry on the clarinet. That show was so hardcore.

And young Kathy Janeway, the Indiana farm girl. LOL!

"Are you watching SGU? I am but seem to be having a hard time getting in to it."

I promised myself I'd give it a season. It's ok, but more of a psychological morality play than an adventure series. But I have all ten seasons of the original series. Loved that show. I liked Atlantis but it was losing steam and just didn't have the fun and excitement of the original. Universe has some big shoes to fill. (If they would just hurry up and learn how to run that darned ship, they could have some real adventures.)

You must be a real cinematographer reviewer in real life! That was great!

It’s sci-fi because no mom could ever really possess a jalopy.

My mom once had a 1974 Plymouth Scamp...

Lost is also pretty pretentious.

But not always in a bad way.

Dresden Files! YES!! that was a GOOD show. Guess that’s why they cancelled it.

Let’s not forget the Native American with the facial tattoo as second in command. I didn’t realize Mike Tyson was doing TV back then. No wonder his boxing career went downhill around the same time.

I’ll look for it.

Has anyone mentioned the Will Farrel joke: Land Of The Lost?

It’s on the DVD here now, I LMAO at parts of it, but overall it’s just pretty stupid, leaving me glad it’s a Netflix and not something I bought.

Futurama? Some people have no sense of humor!
Frye: "Do they still ship refrigerators in big cardboard boxes?"
Bender: "Yeah! But the rent is outrageous!"
I am presently rewatching 'Firefly' our future once the 'Socialist Alliance' takes over, only we don't have the fringe to run to. :-(

Ah, yes, Chakotay. The hope of the Hopi. The master of the Mojave.

Yah, I enjoyed SU2. Fun interactions among the characters. It was low-budget in the FX department, but always entertained.

The original show was awful, and I only saw the trailer for the movie. Did it get more than a week in theaters?

DS9 was the best of the series IMHO! To bad the shape shifters are winning the war we are in now!
Major Keri Nerys: "Thats the thing about faith, If you don't have it you can't understand it. And if you do, no explanation is necessary."
"Sometimes the only thing more dangerous than a question is an answer." Ferengi Rule of Acquisition 208
Garak: "The truth is just an excuse for a lack of imagination"

Dresden Files being canceled was final proof that Sci-Fi had no interest in really promoting good Science Fiction-Fantasy TV.
