Yeah.... that song is so good... Simon and Garfunkle. I mean awesome. And Casey’s version was like singing to a group of kids. Was like grade school.

Casey sings seated on that little round stage surrounded by a sea of trained seals. Playing a ukele? Best solo performance of the night so far, but that's not saying much.

Ellen: I wish they gave you a big-boy guitar. I like that you did something different with the song. Really smart. Wish you did something more with it.
Kara: For me this is you fighting to stay in the competition. This was a good choice. (Simon asks what the song is about) It's about an older woman--I guess that would be MEEE--seducing a younger guy.
Simon: This is an important night, we get that. But this song and the performance didn't have the substance. A little bit lazy. (mild boos from the audience) Some very strange song choices tonight and that was one of them.

Jamie Foxx should have squelched every one of those song choices so far. Doesn’t HE recognize the need for some sizzle out of these guys? WHY did he let them go out with such humdrum choices?

Casey made a fat joke about Mike. Ellen said Casey had a little boy guitar. Casey said something about Mike’s size in relation but I can’t remember exactly but it faded out like an oops.
If she doesn’t bring the gopher out on stage with her I’ll be very disappointed.
