Bubba wore a tie for the wedding. The picture with the blue shirt was the day/night before.

The dress looked like it had some possibilities when you see it from the bodice up but that full picture shows an ugly dress. What’s with the flowers on the bottom. Sorry, one color would have been much classier but she’s never had any fashion sense.

She’s working with what she’s got ~ that, and a bit of surgery to fix an unusual upper jaw configuration (and giant teeth), and she’s probably doing as well as most women by their mid 40s ~ but she’s thin already, and that ought to count doggone it!
Chelsea is clearly Webster Hubbel’s Daughter! There is no doubt about that comparing the Mugs! and Remember Slick Willie always told his Rape Victims not to worry because he could only Shoot Blanks!
I’ve seen a similar outfit on a lady friend and that picture and the lighting make it look worse than it is.
It’s actually a lovely outfit.

It DOES count. She is no longer butt-ugly as she has improved to "plain". If she continues to work on it, she might even some day be considered a "handsome" woman.
Of course, we look at these folks as movie stars and dress them accordingly in our minds. These are plain jane folks.
Not to defend her, but at least she wore a dress.
