More than 200 people have signed a petition to protest a resident flying the Confederate battle flag...The moves follow a controversy, when a new resident hung a Confederate battle flag from her porch alongside an American flag...

Once you start redefining language, there is no depth to which you cannot descend.
No one can control who flies anyone's flag...your same lying argument is made against the St George's flag in England now too by the Muzzies too pinkie....and so on.
Do I need to give you my customary southern white man apologies? I'll be glad to...much like your preening self righteousness it's cost me nothing..lol
you know...out of 80 posters and only 5 NeoYank south bashing anti-white bigots
that pretty much sums it up here
a tiny group of turds swimming in our large fishbowl and it’s always the same bunch from the same septic tank
wish JR would flush them
You gotta point out specifically where it says that Blacks flew the Confederate flag to protest the Klan. I don't see it.
A little background for those that know nothing about blacks and the Confederate Army.
It may not be so helpful for those who do know something about those topics.
Blacks of African decent considered themselves as citizens of the Confederate States of America many fought and died for their country.
A lot of Whites who fought in the rebel army probably didn't even think of themselves in that way.
For many of them it was South against North, us against them, but not everybody was keen on the Confederate government, even if they fought in the army.
I'd suppose that such feeling for the Confederate government would be even weaker among enslaved people. Some African-Americans did die with the Confederate Army. Whether they considered the Confederacy their country and died for it is more questionable.
BTW, Horace King was not a supporter of secession. Living in the South, he was required to give his services to the Confederacy, but it wasn't his choice.
It was only at the end of the war that the idea of Black troops was taken up seriously by the Confederate government.
Some African-American troops were being drilled shortly before the fall of Richmond, but if there'd been great feeling for the CSA among African-Americans why did it take so long?
BTW, Judah Benjamin's "Fight for your masters and you shall have your freedom" gets quoted a lot, but was this ever official Confederate policy? I don't know, but I doubt it.
This is probably the same crowd that has been defacing confederate soldier graves too. Not surprised.
With N-S leading the vortex.
Whites in the confederacy did not.
But look at how many Neo-Reb, Yankee Hating bigots showed up! You must be so proud.
Dream on.
Want proof?. What was the last WBS thread you missed?
Awwwww, you're just pissed because you can't post your Lost Cause bullsh*t uncorrected.
maybe you could tell that to my future son in law sitting here with me amusing himself with your anti-southern white bigotry goober...he's Italian heritage from Cornwall New York and loves Dixie..just moved here in fact...we are happy to have his kid here...you on the other hand and the other cakeboys can stay up north.

Methinks you need to go back and repeat grade school English.
There was no threat, rather a warning as regards his GrandPa which is good info if you had a mind to trespass on his Grandpa's property. Besides threats are good ideas when pointed at the necessary people.
Gladly. And hopefully you will remain down South and then we'll both be happy.
got him shooting guns and drinking shine already
I'm sure he fits right in.
yeehaw...a pox on Kansas yew are hoss

“Agreed, they should take all that negative energy and focus on improving their community or station in life. It’s easier to tear down than build up, right? That’s where the challenge is...that’s where the hard work is.”
Loved both of your posts, and totally agree.
I am all for building up a community, but all Obama and the black community “leaders”...aka community organizers...want is “justice.” I believe that this educational “justice” they’ve talked about has ruined the public school system, which at one time was the best in the world.
You make a very good point about the urban areas, wardaddy. I live in a metro area, and it’s broken beyond belief...however it’s not because of blacks.
It’s the “progressives”, “liberals”...the LEFT in general.
“I’m going back to my lair.”
I’m on my way to join you shortly. ;o)
Jackson is 83% black
Your metro area is 6.6%
I am unaware of a conservative black power bloc in any metro govt
I would think it would work fine
