I don't know where this will lead. I may consider starting a website and find out how many names will sign on to send the GOP a message.
We need to make sure the party (execs, ops, voters, donors) knows that if they throw Sarah under the bus, they will lose us. and then the election.
A lot of people are afraid to support her because they buy the media myth that she can't win. We need to send these people a message that the bigger concern should be losing Palin supporters from within our party.
We need to take a stand and take control of the party right now. We (the tea party) are the reason the GOP got the 60+ seats in the house. they can't win in 2012 without us.
time to be bold
I`d rather it came to a head sooner than later, while we still have the numbers on our side. Now thats if your party doesn`t vote for the various amnesty acts, lame duck allowing. Refresh my memory please, just how many of the “staunch defenders of America”, in your Republicrat Party, are know supporters of “The Dream Act”?
I've stopped donations to the RNC RNCC for the past two years...I will donated to WHOM I choose.
Still I guess I can`t help myself, I mean, I just want to hear ONE of them make a REAL effort to defend the indefensible, or at least admit it`s only because of their hatred of the rats that vote for Satan himself if he declared with an R.
Twinkie your points are salient and well-received here. I couldn’t agree more with you on every point, as I, too, would rather vote Palin than any RINO.
My point was that we were so quick to point out how desperate the likes of Charlie Crist and Lisa Murkowski were when they lost their Primary bids and jumped to the third-party (or write-in in the case of Murkowski), because they thought they could win. It almost sounds as if the original poster was proposing that as an alternative if the RNC chooses another RINO. If Palin’s going to run, she needs to do it on the Republican ticket as a Tea Party candidate, because I do not want to see her become another Geraldine Ferraro; I don’t want her to be the “also-ran.”
Face it, Palin is strikingly polarizing. She is an arch-Conservative in the mold of Reagan, a woman, a mother of five, and a former politician.
She’s more qualified than Obama by a country mile.
Fact is, she’s the most visible figure in America today with whom I agree on the overwhelming majority of issues. However, she’s going to be skewered by the press, lambasted by the Left, put down by people in her own party, and likely to face problems internally as well (most candidates do, as I understand it). If she pulls through all of that and ascends to the Presidency, I have absolutely zero doubt in my mind that she’ll govern this country like Reagan and Washington before her. I simply have little faith that she’s going to make it through the gauntlet given her incredibly high-profile and the cycle of the Leftmedia as it is.
If we can get a true swell of support from men, women, blacks, whites, hispanics, young, and old for Palin, I’ll be heartened, but the nature of American politics is such that candidates and contenders will eat their own to make it ahead. Unless Palin is truly prepared to walk through Hell, she’s going to see how vicious and unrelenting the Left can be with someone whom they despise from the very core of their beings.
I believe that Sarah will win in the primaries and I will support her run if she does......
She is the best person today to run this country and I'm not votinging for second best again!
thats not funny
Already decided this on my own. My whole family follows my lead.
LOL Gee, who would've guessed?
What more could Palin need in terms of support? A whinging crybaby from Ohio and a "swinger" who likes dressing up as a witch.
i dont think Jim Rob would appreciate those comments on his web site sir
A great idea...at this time, the Establishment of the Party does not get it.
If we all got behind Palin now, WE would not get a RINO!
If she was not a women, she would be backed like Bush was.
She will be a much better President then Bush.
