I don;t recall the numbers, but her publicity put her waistline at a laughable number, if you have seen an honest photo of her from the side. I think she has a bit more tummy fat than is healthy, but she's an attractive chubby woman.

Still, without the photoshopping, excessive uplift, and pictures posed with her hip cocked to distract from her belly, she has certain real world limitations to her figure:

Yes, that NYT blogger seems like a bit of a bitch, but in this article, I have to disagree with this:

Carmen Manheim is a “big girl”. Aretha Franklin is a “big girl”.

No. They are fat. And not just a little bit.

I also object to the misappropriation of "curvy" as a euphemism for chubby/chunky/fat, as well as the false "choice" that if a woman isn't a skinny stick, she's big and there's nothing in between.

I have to admit that I have never seen “Mad Men,” so I haven’t seen Ms. Hendrick since she was on “Firefly.”

To put it bluntly, her character “YoSafBridge” was one of the sexiest women in the history of... history! And she was no waif!
