What book is that? Being Christian-principled means following The Book.

Acts 15:20 & 29 - It could not be any clearer that abstaining from eating meat from strangled animals is the precise teaching of the New Testament (as well as Hebrew scriptures) for even Gentile believers.

I am curious how Michael knows their chickens are strangled though.

It would almost be funny if these people were not mentally deranged and forcing young children to pervert their sexual natures by introducing them to concepts which they should NEVER ever contemplate until they are well over puberty. But that is their reason for sex education. To pervert their natural development.

The idea that sexual orientation is not learned behavior is nonsense. Cultures determines how that sexuality is expressed. That is why beastiality and homosexuality were rampant in those cultures which promoted that behavior.

It is like saying that being “oriented” toward babies or animals is determined at birth by “genes”. These people are not just absolutely sick, they are insane.
Sexual orientation is a learned behavior when it deviates from nature and they are trying to promote it to our youngest children. Zero wanted sex education for Kindergarden....He is SICK and a Marxist....that is right out of the book of cultural Marxism to destroy the Christian paradigm and the family unit and logical thinking in children. Homosexuality defies logic and biology.

Lenin knew who controlled the thinking of the children, controlled the future of societies....Day care was his invention to get young children away from the thinking of those heterosexual white Christian males who made this country the greatest, freest, happiest ever in the history of mankind.

The Marxists want to form the worldview of your children and grandchildren. The easiest way is to take women out of the home (taxes and feminism) and have non-loving strangers deal with their early years so those children become insecure, non-bonded adults who find it hard to hold onto any relationships. Then they desert their children and our prisons become filled with dysfunctional people who had no good role models in the home.

Moral Relativism is taught in all the public schools—right out of cultural Marxism. It is a slap in the face of the Bible (moral absolutes) and intended to diminish and marginalize the Bible and create atheists.

Of course, Religion is old fashioned because it denies “fun”. Marxist’s “fun” though leads to the same end....nihilism, destruction of all relationships, dependence on government for all things, including ‘what to think’.

Founders knew that happiness was the same as virtue. All philosophers agreed at that time that to be happy, you needed to live a virtuous life. If you think about it, it is absolutely true. Our Founders were some of the wisest men in the history of the world—certainly in political philosophy. Those sane men had very severe consequences for homosexual acts because of the destructive nature to the civil society that such acts have. Outlawed in every section of society, particularly the military. They wanted men of character in the military and knew people who participate in such acts had neither character nor honor. They demean and destroy their bodies and defy God’s design. They are devoid of sexual morality—the most fundamental to life.

I tried to include you in my post 81, but it did not work.

How do you know they use strangled chickens?

I was on their Facebook page earlier talking about their new chicken biscuit. When I got back online this evening, the page was spammed with hate. I just ignored it.

Truitt Cathy owns Chick-Fil-A and as a dedicated Baptist, refuses to have his business open on Sunday. Forbes Magazine claims he is losing $500,000,000 per year by being closed on Sunday.

As a Baptist, I applaud him and he aint losin’ nothing.

There are no Chick-Fil-A where I am and even if they were, I wouldn’t go there. I hate chicken, don’t even want to smell it.

Interesting. I also take scripture literally but try to frame it in context. According to my research/Scoffield Bible.

It seems there was a question if the gentiles were under ‘the law’. This appears to show that they were exempted ‘Ye are not under the law, but under grace’ Rom 6:14.
Gentile believers were to show grace by abstaining from the practices offensive to godly Jews. That's what is addressed in Acts.
It would seem to be pertinent for that time as I don't know of Jews being offended by those things; albeit the few I know. It may be different in Israel though or in the Orthodox community. If that is so, then we would need to abstain in order not to offend.

That's what I interpreted.

Everyone should thank Chick-Fil-A for supporting real marriage. Homosexuals continue to terrorize anyone who dares disagree with their incorrect form of marriage.

Swap "incorrect" with "destestable".

Or even “detestable” for that matter (make note to self never to blog at 4 AM for spelling purposes alone).

So, in the minds of “gays,” pro-traditional marriage = anti-”gay.”

So, THAT`S what keeps them away? Cool by me!!

Chick-fil-A has consistently high standards and enjoys much popularity because of their great quality of food and customer relations.....

At ours the workers are scrubby clean, very polite and respectful.

The gay agenda wants to worm their way into anything that's still decent & create chaos.

Customers at Chick-fil-A are treated with professional courtesy....

My Grandmothers would grab the heads, swing them around, snap them like a whip. The bodies would fly off, leaving the heads.

I’ve heard they are partial to hiring home schooled kids.

There's tredmendous potential here for a joke related to homeschooling and fast food employment, but I'll let it go.

“I was on their Facebook page earlier talking about their new chicken biscuit. When I got back online this evening, the page was spammed with hate. I just ignored it.”

That’s the best policy to follow. Professional “victims” are craving attention(positive or negative. It doesn’t matter.) so it’s best not to give it to them.

None of his Chick-Fil-A’s are open on Sunday.

With the ONE exception in the nation of the GA dome on game days. If I remember though, he made the deal so that he does not own or franchise that one outlet.

That approach does not work. It does not say anything in this passage about worrying over who was offended by their food. Paul does offer some explanation in this regard as to meat offered to idols, but not so on the issue of blood.

The issue at hand was settled, namely that Gentiles do not have to become Jews to be saved. These four things were the only outward ordinances of the Law that God saw fit to include in the initial instructions to the Gentile believers from the apostles.

God told Noah, when meat was first allowed to be eaten, not to eat the blood. This was long before the Law of Moses. And everyone, Jews and Gentiles, are Noah’s descendants.

Christians have just decided to ignore this issue. I am not trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. A balanced approach shows there are obviously many things far more important based on how much time is devoted to the issue. However, it is still the clear instruction of the Bible.
