ARLINGTON, Texas -- A suburban North Texas high school teacher has been accused of having sex with five 18-year-old students at her home and was released on bond Monday.
Brittni Nicole Colleps, an English teacher at Kennedale High School, is charged with five counts of having an inappropriate relationship between a student and teacher -- a second-degree felony.
It is a criminal offense for teachers to have sex with a primary or secondary school student, no matter the student's age. A conviction carries a penalty of anywhere from two years to 20 years in prison per count.

Nope........ they were boys. This article leaves out that tidbit.
The 18-year-old student told investigators that he had sex with Colleps on April 26 and also said he spent the night at her house and the following morning received a text message from her, saying she’d had fun.
He said that he and the four other teens had sex with Colleps on “multiple occasions” at her residence, the affidavit states. On at least one occasion, all five students were in the same room at the time the sexual acts were taking place, according to the affidavit.

Video footage from the first teen’s phone showing Colleps having sex with him May 10 — and with other students in the room — was taken as evidence, according to the affidavit.
If not it's a matter of the blind leading the blind.
At least she was having SEX with so called ADULTS (18 year olds).
Perhaps, however in Texas it is against the law for a teacher to have sex with high school students no matter how old. Might not stand up in Detroit where they have 25 year old freshmen, but down her she is in trouble.
The police were tipped off by a shortage of Brown Paper Bags at her neighborhood grocery store.
