Good morning to all.
I thought I would get this thread up bright and early so I could concentrate on work until the trial begins. I believe it starts at 9:00 a.m. today.
The State is presenting its important rebuttal case, which will include two Gentiva representatives, one of which will likely be a custodian of records. That person would need to authenticate Cindy's time sheets, which were subpoenaed. The State plans to admit that evidence to impeach her testimony that it was she, and not Casey, who did the computer searches on chloroform. The chloroform searches go directly to premeditation, a critical element in a death penalty case.
I understand that closing arguments will be heard Saturday (tomorrow) and then the jury will "get deliberated." (I love saying that!)
Time to put on a big pot of coffee...

So why didn’t Casey testify to that?
This is my “theory”. The State has a “theory too. The evidence presented by the State and Defense fits mine better than their theory from the Bungled investigation. They were stuck with it. I will post my whole theory tomorrow. Do you have one? Or do you just go with the States theory?
Let me guess: she wanted to be convicted so her hated dad would feel guilty.
Honestly, I wonder if the writers of some of these things really believe them? It would almost be easier to believe that the earth is a cube, and the ground is flat.
It occurs to me how unfortunate it is for casey, cindy, and the defense that poor george didn’t die that sad night in the hotel. How much easier it is to badger and slander someone who can’t defend himself and contradict their lies.

If you read the whole interview you find that Casey left the car there out of gas for three days before it was towed. George told the Impound manager the car was there for 3 days before it was towed. How could he have known? He testified the first time he found out about the car was in a notice in the mail. The notice did not say when the car was first left there. He never talked to anyone at Amscott, that is also in sworn testimony. How did he know it was out of gas? He brought gas with him. All who think George is innocent please explain this. This is all sworn testimony.
Cindy, Baez, casey are all proven liars of the worst sort. They’ve been busy obstructing justice using lies as their tactic for a reason. If George had died there’d be no end to the smears, and casey would walk. I wonder if he ever thinks about that?

Whatever the verdict it will be reversed due to Judicial Misconduct anyway. That Judge is a joke.
If you are sure the Verdict will be reversed why were you saying she would walk?
A NOT GUILTY verdict does/can not need to be appealed!

All the evidence fits my theory better than the State theory or the Defense theory. For example the 3 days I spoke of. How did George know? George drowned Caylee to keep her quiet while Casey was asleep.
The bulk of circumstance says casey killed caylee. Not george. You’re just being obtuse.
And Casey went boogieing every night and day for 31 days never asking where is Caylee? You were saying earlier she was a good mother???? Being a good Mother is protecting you child with all of you strength!

BTW women get tattoos for reasons. The placement has reasons behind it. They are very intense about it and a lot of thought goes in to it. Her Tattoo is on her right side on her back. Anyone have any ideas there. It came during the 31 days.
It does not really matter the conviction if it occurs will be reversed on appeal for judicial misconduct by this horrible judge.
I think you are River Cruz. George did not state that Caylee died in an accident. It sounds like he said he was starting to believe that maybe Caylee died in an accident. He really did not want to belive his daughter would kill her child.
You know, you need to listen and get the facts before posting silly rants of bits and pieces you just make up.
Put the bottle down, Casey is not dead, Caylee is, and Casey killed her.
