Do You Believe Herman Cain
Nodems2000

Well what does everyone think after the Hannity interview? I've listened carefully to all his interviews and even though I liked Herman very much, I believe he was involved with these women, even if they are scumbags. First, has anyone noticed how he seems to "prey" on women who are vulnerable and bogged down with financial and legal issues? Second, he has said repeatedly "my wife loves me so much" but he's yet to say "I love MY wife so much". Doesn't that sound very egomanical? Third, he said his wife would never tell him not to run. I'm suspecting she wouldn't dare tell him not to run because she's riding the Cain Train too - the Cain Money Train. If you watched her interview she sure didn't seem to be madly in love with him from things she said. And now he's going to "analyze" the phone bills to see if they match up with hers and he and his attorney will do an investigation. When Sean suggested he could get the info to clear himself very easily, such as videotapes in hotels, plane tickets, etc., etc. he suggested Sean wanted him to play detective! Well, sorry Herman, but it would take all of ten minutes to pick up the phone, call the Ritz downtown Atlanta and ask for videotapes on such a date and at such a time! That would end it once and for all. Him and his "analyzing". God help the 3 a.m. phone call - God forbid the red phone goes off for a missle coming our way - by the time he got done analyzing we'd all be bar-b-que!

What I don’t get is how Cain thought that a 13 year affair could be kept from prying media and opponents. Was he that naieve that he thought he would be able to pull it off?

The pediatrician boyfriend was not impartial. He has his own legal problems ~ focused primarily about walking away with somebody else's money.

I really you didn't fall for that con.

>> Where you’re accusing the “response” from being ineffective, despite the constant information coming out on this.

That sentence makes no sense.

Try again?

Don’t be nieve! Anyone can swear over and over they did nothing wrong. Liars are good and will take it to the grave never admitting their lies!

....

In other words, you’re playing QB in a game you aren’t even in. Step back. Take a breath. Stop living minute by minute. And put a higher standard on what “proves” a claim, and whether or not someone is “guilty before proven innocent” or the other way around.

The logical alternative is that it never happened.

Logic is a good thing.

Why do you think there was a 13 year affair?

Remember when you and I had our ten year fling?

Anybody can accuse anybody of anything. It’s easy to do.

She says she sent him 60 texts to Cain, in the last month. That may be true, but what are the content of those texts.

Maybe she sent him texts like, “do I look good in blue” and Cain responded, “sure”. If you read that on your husband’s cell phone, texts like that and nothing more, would you really assume that there was an affair?

Maybe she’s just a crazy women, and they do exist, who send texts to men all the time.

Liars are good and will take it to the grave never admitting their lies!

Herman Cain, a Christian and a minister, knows the eternal destiny of liars. Liars spend eternity in the lake of fire. A lie is an abomination to the Lord and should not be taken lightly.

Unless Cain's accusers can produce one of these three items as in the cases of Bill Clinton, Jesse Jackson and John Edwards, then I believe Cain for the time being!

Seriously? I can’t weigh the freely offered words and actions of the accused?

What then? I have to believe *your* take on it?

Sorry. Does not compute.

There is a lot to like about Herman Cain, I do believe him. Yet he has a flaky campaign manager and his campaign has not always gone smoothly and he has made mistakes.

I am concerned that a few accusations without facts have harmed a good candidate. I do believe that this was orchestrated to knock him out of the race. Herman could have dealth with this better.

I am concerned that good leaders will not want to run because of the media mania to overplay stupid insignifant issues rather than address the problems that our nation faces. We need problem solvers, and at least Herman was a problem solver.

beebuster, Don't like Cain...fine then don't vote for him.
But please tell us all how you gained so much campaign experience? What campaigns have you successfully run/been associated with? Hmm?

You feel the need to talk about him because you don't know what the hell else to say, mainly from your lack of experience.

I wonder if Cain can go after these women and sue them on a hate crime charge? They are all white women going after a black man.....he should do it!

I see no guilt in his words, yet you see a confession. That does not compute.

No proof = not guilty.
