Nothing that I’m aware of. No hormone therapy. I seem to be losing my hair at an increased rate the last 3 or 4 years. That’s about it really. Oh, I had knee injuries in my 20s that hurt now and then ever since. About 2-3 years ago they just quit bothering me. I don’t know why.

Not sure about you, but I just finished an 11 mile bike ride to work. I’ll do the same coming home tonight at 11:30. I also did 4 miles with my grandson this morning.
