Cops: Accused Prostitute Offered Undercover Officer Sex For Cheeseburgers Off McDonald's Dollar Menu
The woman, the detective reported, replied that the pair “could go have sexual intercourse if I bought her two double cheese burgers off the dollar menu at McDonald’s.” The cop added, “I agreed to the deal and purchased the hamburgers for $2.75.”

Yeah but it’s a McDonald’s cheeseburger.
However, I do eat there, depressing as it is to be able to feel my intelligence being sucked away.
Normally I get the double-hamburger. Where I usually get it, the total with tax is $1.01 — the cheapest eat on the dollar menu.
But I’ve also splurged and bought the quarter-pounder. The onions give it a bit of flavor.

We’re only looking at 105 today, but that’s OK. I can deal with it!
I revised the letter to the doctor, got the forms copied, and it will go out in today’s mail. I hope I get it back in time to move into the next one bedroom vacancy. The resident died over the weekend. Usually, it takes about a month to make an apartment ready for the next tenant.

I looked up the recipe: you boil them for hours and then run them through the blender. It keeps you from getting scurvy! Haven’t tried it, though.
