Monkey Face just sent me a text: she’s on her way home. They got her blood pressure under control, and there is no physical problem with her heart, the issue is with her circulation. That’s a problem, of course, but better than a damaged heart!

Praise to the Creator! Hypertension can be treated satisfactorily on an outpatient basis. She just needs to keep an eye on it. Untreated hypertension, like a water hammer, assaults the organs mercilessly. I wonder what caused the episode. Something had to have changed.
Thank you for keeping us posted! I’m sure we’ll all sleep better tonight. It’s the strangest thing—for the past two days, I’ve been getting bad vibes. One of our family members is having a very difficult time. As soon as we figured out what we can offer them in the way of assistance, the vibes should have gone away. They didn’t. I’m probably receiving Moscow in my old dental fillings. Anyway, thank you for giving an old battle axe comfort. I guess I need one of those aluminum foil hats or something.

Are you making eggplant parmigiana sandwiches? Maybe eggplant lasagne (using thinly sliced eggplant in place of the noodles)? I like slicing the peppers into spears and dipping them into ranch dressing!
P.S. The refrigerator repair person is coming tomorrow A.M. The four-year-old expensive-but-not-as-expensive-as-it-could-have-been fridge stopped cooling. There are inconveniences, and then there are the things that are *really* important. I thank the Creator every day for giving me the blessing of proper priorities. Face is great blessing!
