Does Anyone Here Have The Real Facts On Obama's Chances In Ohio And Pennsylvania?

Posted on 04/14/2012 11:39:17 AM PDT by Reality_News

Never mind the laughable polls coming from MSNBC/ABC and the rest. There must be thousands of residents in the rust belt who can tell us the real deal. The White House must know the real internal polls, obviously thats why they are accusing the GOP of being anti-woman,along with Hillary Rosen displaying her jealous feelings towards the next First Lady. So can any of you give us the real feelings towards Obama coming from Pennsylvania and Ohio? It looks like Obama has already lost the entire south. Obama can't win without Pennsylvania,Ohio and Florida(of course,we all know that). So if you live in any of the tri-fector states, what can you tell us?

No problem for his imperial majesty Comrade President Barry H. Obama. John Boehner said he would lead the negotiations. Barry is a lock. The only drama in the election will see who can cave first: Boehner or McConnell. Could be a dead heat if they hold a joint news conference. The elitist Republicans establishment wing of the ruling class is more than happy to let Obama rule over the destruction and deconstruction of our nation, our Liberty, and our Freedoms. After all, they have a common enemy: CONSERVATISM. Those old fools actually think there will be more elections in 2 and 4 years and they can “win big”. That means give the Republican progressives the opportunity to kill off what the DemocRat Progressives left over from a scorched earth policy.

I see Kevin Dewine giving up leadership of the Republican State Central Committee (I hate that name - sounds Democrapic) as a positive development. He was fighting with Governor Kasich.

Pennsylvania’s new Voter ID Law should help keep Philadelphia and the unions honest. If that’s the case, Obama will lose Pennsylvania.

Romney and his people seem to be very good at tearing down other candidates. If this transfers to the general election from the primaries, we’ll have quite a battle in that respect if he is the Republican candidate.

Also a Buckeye. I think 6 months ago O would lose Ohio, and would trail Sherrod Brown (D) running for Senate. Gov. Kasich really became unpopular last 2 years, but hopefully he has mended fences. He went all out to throw out the Party Chairman (DeWine) who helped win a statewide R sweep. I do not know why Kasich took this internecine tack, but it has been done and I do not know how that will work. It of course split party. Then we have a new insurgency of Conservatives vowing to sit out the presidential race (e.g. FR). If anyone sits out the Prez race, I hope they work to seat a Tea Party Congress to help block O, but as we’ve seen O goes around Congress with impunity (Boehner & McConnell) with czars, recess appointments, agency rules and regs, executive orders, etc. All the Dems have to do is elect ONE guy (O) and they seem focused on doing that. Rs are all over the place - very disorganized and unfocused.

well this so-called rust belt is the heart of this country—that has been under attack for decades-to kill anything-go for the heart! rust-belt is a term of endearment for the left-their shining victory in crushing this great country. If the election is fairly close,we can win in court-if its really close-the fix will be in.

I swore I wouldn’t vote for Romney. That lasted for a week or so. I will hold my nose and do my duty. I think you will see that more and more

“I swore I wouldn’t vote for Romney. That lasted for a week or so. I will hold my nose and do my duty. I think you will see that more and more.”

It’s hard to say. Some like you will cave. Others like me will stand strong and vote on principle. Some of us are done voting for unprincipled liberals who will do anything to win the presidency, including lying and destroying their opponents reputations.

I think that description applies to Romney as well.

Thank goodness for Romney as the nominee. That’s really going to energize the conservative base.

PP Has Ohio at +8 for Obama, and Romney has huge likeability problems right now.

PA would be a great state if we could get rid of Philthy and Pittsburgh. They screw it up for the rest of us.

As long as Philadelphia is located within the borders of Pennsylvania, the Keystone state will remain blue. Pennsylvania always show a glimmer of hope of flipping but always disappoints when the votes are counted. Ohio is lost to the unions and redistributionists. For Romney to win the election, he has to win 97 more electoral votes than McCain. I only see Indiana as being a likely EV pickup for the GOP-E at this point in time.

I cannot believe that we bright constitutional conservatives cannot find a way to both fight against EVER BEING FORCED TO DRINK GOP KOOLAID and still be able to actively vote against Obama.

I think we can. If we have to vote for Romney as the true lesser evil, we need to start NOW protesting LOUDLY and starting a new party for the future. They got us now because we did not galvanize early enough with the tea party. Political movements take time.

We need to start now for 2016. But I don’t think we need to passively support Obama by not voting. If you are passionate about it, fine, don’t vote for Romney. But he should pick a good conservative as his running mate because he reads FR too and can see he has ZERO CONSERVATIVE SUPPORT. So when he picks someone we like, we can hope that he wins and that maybe the veep will grow to be a future good candidate. Also, if conservatives don’t vote for Pres, they are far less likely to even show up at the polls for the down ticket.

We can do both. I believe in us. We just have to get off our baskets and not waste the 3 years between elections like we did this time. You could smell this coming since 2008 and no one did anything to move a strong, vetted tea party candidate forward. We were counting on Palin and frankly, she is a huge disappointment. She chose the money.

Beyond my comment, I see that Real Clear Politics shows O with a big lead in Ohio from several polls. Not good. Come on, Conservatives. Please go out and vote AGAINST O.

Philadelphia should belong to New Jersey, but even they don’t want it.
