WE MUST FIGHT THE GOOD
FIGHT AGAINST THIS INVASION
OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY
BY THE ROMNEYZOMBIES

In a comment to the author of this thread, and speaking to the subject of Libertarianism, I commented in this vein that, "Republicans don't need a Libertarian to tell them that Romney is ripping the very heart of the Republican Conscience right out of the body of the Republican Party." (source)

The Reagan Conscience to be precise.

The moment that idea formed in my mind, I remembered this dramatic scene from "The Matrix" movie series, where "Agent Smith", who represents an agent of darkness and slavery, had thrust his hand into the heart of "Neo" the movie's hero, for the purpose of converting him to another mind-numbing agent of the darkside, and I remembered the special effects were superb, and that this scene would serve as a very dramatic metaphor for what is going on in the Republican Party today.

I share this scene here, for the purpose of offering some encouragement to what appears to be the embattled minority, to continue to stand our ground in a determined manner, with the hope of victory blazing brightly at the center of the mind's eye, to block the RomneyZombies efforts to take over the Republican Party.

In the screen-captured image below, you see where Agent Smith has thrust his hand into Neo's heart, and the darkness is spreading out throughout his whole body, and is nearly consuming him, but he gathers together his inner strength (which can only come from his strong belief in, faith in, and trust in God) and drives the darkness back. This scene is about 2:50 into the clip. Be ready to turn up the volume on your system as the sound track in this clip is very low, and you need to hear every word spoken before the major fight scene begins.

(Click here to watch the video clip at
YouTube - a new window will open.
)

See how Neo resists the taking over of his heart, yet he still has a battle to fight. And it is a dramatic battle too. The battle ebbs and flows, for a moment victory seems certain, the next moment defeat seems certain, the next moment the hope of victory bursts alive again, and then it is dashed again as more Agent Smiths arrive on the scene.

Of course it is all allegory. The circle he draws around himself in the end, is an allegory for God.

The moral of the story, is that while you must fight, while you must defend your core priorities in God, you cannot win without the Power of God which you cannot access without obedience to His Laws. That is the symbolism of the circle. It is the circle of the Law, the circle of God-Reality, that is where victory and freedom reside.

And yes, to surrender your purpose to the darkside, the purpose that God has placed in your heart, is to die.

The significance of Agent Smith's initial dialog, is in the fact that the dark side will adapt to the appearance of a real threat, and use deception to get the individual to lower his guard, allowing the enemy to gain access to the heart of the opponent, i.e. to his priority system.

This interesting capacity of Agent Smith to endlessly replicate himself speaks to this phenomena of the darkside capturing the hearts of more and more members of the Republican Party, making them into RomneyZombies, totally unthinking, though stubborn, and relentless, adherents to their leader, Willard M. Romney.

Does it phase them in the least that they bow and scrape before a man whose first name is also the title of a horror movie where the nemesis releases an army of rats on his enemies? No. Everybody will remember Bloody Thursday in exactly that way, except them.

The people who have truth still in their hearts, they must defend it. They must fight off the Agent Smiths. And they must come to terms with the source of their true inner strength, which is the Power of God through the intercession of the Lord Christ, whose universal desire and purpose is to raise each Child of God into the domain of Sonship under God, to thus empower them unto the victory in this ongoing battle between the forces of good and evil.

If that power does not start flowing through them now, as it did through Neo for the victory, the soul of the Republican Party will be lost.

The story of Neo is the story of a regular person, drawn into a great battle for freedom, who has to come to terms with who he really is, a Child of God, Heir to the Kingdom, and the representive of the Most High in the earth, with the power to match. Yes, Neo has to figure out what it really means to believe.

I disagree, ctd.

Win or lose, the rebellion has a number of positives, a few of which you should see the benefit in.

First, we really could be the birth of or the strengthening of a new conservative 3rd party that supplants the republocrat party. Whether you vote with us now or not, you hopefully recognize that that would be good for you in the future.

Second, we provide a service for you. Our continual attacks from the side of conservative principle force YOU and other ABO’s to try your best to maintain your principles as well. Liberal Romney will seek to lull you to sleep, but our attacks will hopefully keep YOU, the ABO conservatives, in a full court press to keep Romney from turning to the left.

Third, a miracle could happen. It is always possible that our conservative candidate could take off. This would be through the direct intervention of God, but it is certainly not impossible. After all, the nation has had Great Awakenings in the past.

Faith, Ctdonath2

Maybe if you used a larger typeface for your headline more people would get the message.

Communist Obama or Communist Romney. I guess our communist is preferable to their communist.

You may not have a political obligation to oppose Obama, but you have a moral obligation.

Really? Not voting for Romney is immoral? Compromising with evil is immoral.

You want to be true to yourself. Romney, I hope, isn't more important that your moral convictions and values.

I think this is what people mean when they say they can't vote for Mittens. It would be against our moral convictions and values. The constant belittling directed at us for our stance isn't going to change our minds. You people vote for who you want and let us vote for who we want.

This is the year to cut the GOPE loose. This is the year because it counts! That is the only time to strike, because it can mean something.

Romney is not at 1144. The grassroots can own this process right up to and including the CONVENTION, if they will simply seize the moment and run this show!

There is rebellion brewing because the conservatives are OUT of the Republican equation entirely. We are dead in the water with Romney, thoroughly, and certainly with those whose loyalty he bought and paid for, including some Tea Party victors, and the Establishment who brought him in, backed him quietly like Tom Coburn, for example, because IT WAS HIS TURN.

There is no choice left but to pull up from the grassroots and reject this cram down

Romney, if he wins, will carefully maintain the kenyan gains until the Republican Congress goes away in 2014 and until he is voted out of office in 2016 in favor of the new Democrat heir to the kenyan or perhaps to the kenyan himself. In the meantime the Romney will have appointed a couple more Supremes from the commie Left as he showed us he is wont to do in Massachusetts to make things smoother for the official Totalitarians when they get the presidency back.

It's pretty ironic to see a bunch of "conservatives" belittling conservatives because they have conservative convictions.

They think the only way you can be a good conservatives is to vote for a liberal!

Romney may be viable but he is not an answer to the problem. Rather he is a continuation and consolidation of the problem.
Replacing Al Capone with Bugsy Siegal is not a good approach to the problem of organized crime.

We fought the good fight....we lost...and there is nobody coming on a white horse to save us.

We’ll just have to settle for watching the liberals weep tears of unfathomable sadness when the Kenyan loses.

The Republican Party has been consistent for a long time. Reagan was the anomaly. Reagans come along every couple of centuries, or maybe not so often.

No. Reread. Not opposing Obama who stands opposed to everything we hold dear denies self-obligation, which is immoral.

The constant belittling directed at us for our stance isn't going to change our minds. You people vote for who you want and let us vote for who we want.

Trust me, I'm not belittling. It would be obvious, and it's not typically my way in serious matters. And you may vote as you please. Your call.

It is definitely more satisfying to commit suicide by shooting yourself in the head than by shooting yourself in the heart.

"What those of the Republican Party who are not followers of Christ do not understand is that as a follower, it is impossible for us to stand before the Savior who died for us and explain how we could publicly support someone who is a liar, has the blood of the innocent unborn on his hands, and supports homosexuality, which our Lord God hates.

Not an option."

I'm with you. But a lot of folks think it's ridiculous to fear God more than Obama. If you happen to be someone who strongly feels---KNOWS---Romney is a line God does not want you to cross, you're denigrated and mocked as "self-righteous", etc.

Senate Republicans have a long history of magnanimously approving the Democrat President’s choice on the theory that he was elected and he deserves to be able to appoint whom he likes. Democrats fight tooth and nail against conservative appointees and often induce Republican Presidents to appoint moderates (less voluble lefties) or those whose views are unknown. Senate Republicans will be Senate Republicans. They are truly a weak and twisty reed on which to rely.

America does have a holocaust of abortion history; you’re right. But so does Massachusetts, thanks to Mitt Romney, and it’s still going on today. Dead is dead.

And then there was this from Mitt last Thursday: “If two people of the same gender want to live together, want to have a loving relationship, even want to adopt a child — in my state, individuals of the same sex are able to adopt children. In my view, that’s something which people have the right to do”

Vote for that filth if you’re so inclined. But don’t shriek and panic when others balk at doing so.

Couldn’t agree more! Nothing like a good hard core communist to fix things. Imagine America is ill, Obama is the cancer. What do you do? More Obama! We’ll just kill the patient and hope for a resurrection.

Instead, to cure the cancer, let's drink crystal draino (aka, Mitt Romney). What could possibly go wrong?

The Tea Partiers that we have already sent to Congress have a solid record of voting enthusiastically for every totalitarian bill that comes up.

"It can be done. It is up to us."

Bump.

All the hand-sitting naval-gazers who by their own admission "don't have a plan" past November, had better get all their naval-gazing in(nies) NOW, because come Obama's re-election...

...all your navals base belong to the ObamaCommies.
