Ed Rendell on Fox remarking on the Colorado shooting. The gunman had an "automatic assault weapon that fired a hundred rounds without reloading" and "he only stopped using it when it jammed" and "it was only the cowardice of Congress that allows these assault weapons to be available to the public."
Crazy Ed: just ranting the vote-losing idiocy that Liberals won't say for themselves before an election.

People who say such things don't even know what a semi-automatic weapon is. They probably don't know the difference between a rifle and a sling shot.
Notice that just like with the Columbine massacre, the left is angry about the firearms and gives the bombs a pass.
And also as with Columbine, of all the firearms used, only a few would have been denied under a ban on so-called “assault weapons”.
Never let a good crisis go to waste, but for what grander purpose? I’ll give you two guesses and first one doesn’t count.
My excuse is that if someone threatens my family in my home I will need it to kill them real bad. That is my excuse.

I’m not a gun owner because guns make me queasy. But unlike the NY Times, when analyzing possible reasons why the homicide rate is the lowest it’s been in over 50 years, I take increased gun ownership into account

Funny I never heard anyone on the left after 9/11 blame Islam for what happened..or after the Ft. Hood shootings blame Islam..yet they are quick to blame guns for the act of a deranged psychopath..For liberals, its not about guns, its about taking away people’s individual freedoms
