Those needs span 47 pages in a remarkable “Aircraft Standards” manual that covers everything from the underwear male cabin staffers must wear (boxer briefs) to the seating plan for the dogs of A&F chief Michael Jeffries, 68, and his boyfriend Matthew Smith, 49.
