Why did 9 million Evangelicals vote for Obama? Give an explanation first - take out the plank in your eye first... You've already been given several reasons. Because I don't have a plank in my eye, I have seen them. What's your explanation?

So an admission of voting for Obama now! terrible. Go to DU Is reading comprehension a weak area for you? Lera never said she voted for Obama. In fact, she gave a very plausible explanation for why some Hispanic Evangelicals might do so. I think DU is more your style, at least from what I have been reading from you lately.

Funny how this post of yours only resulted in an accusation of voting for obama and totally IGNORED all the rest of what you had to say about the Catholic church.....

In my opinion he is just being the typical obnoxious "little" blame shifting bully that he is . I am praying for him because I pity him for being so petty and bitter.

Cronos, don’t you see? As Lera explained, any Hispanic evangelicals who voted for Obama did so only because, at some point in their lives, they must’ve been Roman Catholic. Or, if they themselves weren’t Roman Catholic, then their parents must’ve been Roman Catholic. Or, you know, the Roman Catholic Church had some influence on their thinking somewhere at some point. You see, there can be no other explanation. The “evil” Catholic Church must be at fault somewhere.
Then again, if someone has leftist ideas, and the Catholic Church preaches those ideas, then why would that person leave the Catholic Church to become evangelical protestant? Hmmm... Maybe that’s because the nuns teach us to lie and all. ;-) (lol)
LOL... All sarcasm aside, sorry, but I’m just trying to point out how ridiculous this blame game is getting here.

Really ? You people have no problem blaming the Jews who are less than 2% of the population when at 50% of Roman Catholics who are at least 25% population not counting illegals voted for Obama .
When Roman Catholic churches have for years encouraged illegal immigration into this country and have encouraged their congregations for years to push for socialized medicine.
As long as Roman Catholics on the board intend to point their little fingers and blame the Jews I will point out what hypocrites they are .

I for one am not ignoring anything. My point is about the Catholic Church. I'm sure there are Mormons that voted for Obama, but that's not my denomination. Pointing fingers is just not productive. I've been making complaints about this in the RC's since Clinton. He's a man that lied on TV in front of the whole world about adultery, and Catholics still love him. He hasn't asked for forgiveness, he's mad he got caught.
One might say, well at least he's not RC, but Teddy was, and still got elected year after year BY CATHOLICS! Kerry is Catholic, Pelosi is Catholic, Biden is Catholic, and they consistently vote to kill children and support sodomy. Why is absolutely NOTHING EVER said to them?
We live in a lost world, I understand that, but what is the RC Church's role in the world? Is it to go along to get along, or is it to represent the Will of God on Earth? IMHO, you can't get there in silence. Apparently the church thinks they can sneak in the back door and God won't notice.
The arrogance of the church is to think they are somehow not accountable to God as the culture slides into Gomorrah. To act as if it's somehow the prots fault that Catholics voted by 50% to thumb their nose at God, is just childish. I can't deal with prots or Mormons, or even the American Indian, but I would hope my denomination would speak out AND ACT when the pew warmers scoff at God. The speaking is a whisper and the acting is nonexistent.
You are missing my point if you keep throwing figures out about prots and others. MY concern is over the reaction of the RC's to outright rebellion.

Really ? You people have no problem blaming the Jews I assure you that I have never done any such thing.

I assure you that I have never done any such thing.
Maybe you personally have not done any such thing but many on this thread have . Just take a look at the title of thread and how it singles out Jews in an attempt to shift the blame on them .
No way are they to blame for this mess as they are less than 2% of a country in which whose inhabitants claim to believe in the Bible and claim to follow Christ .
Jews less than 2% of the country - even if every single person of known Hebrew ancestry voted for Obama that would still not make up more than 2% of the population
Roman Catholics are among the first to point the finger at them and accuse them when they make up at least 25% of the population of this country not counting all the illegals that their churches have encouraged to enter . 50% of Roman Catholics voted for Obama - that is at least 12.5% of the population . So even is 100% of the Jews voted for Obama (which 100% did not) 2% is still much less than 12.5% .
No Obama was elected by people who claim to follow Christ and don't understand that coveting/theft/murder are sins. Those three things were written by the very finger of God on tablets of stone and will never change , they will always be SINS and will ALWAYS be WRONG .

No way are they to blame for this mess as they are less than 2% of a country Indeed, no one was blaming Jewish voters for the Romney loss because, as you point out above, that demographic is so small. The article itself was merely telling us the results of a study on "how the faithful voted." The first few comments complained about the large percentage of the Jewish vote for Obama. That doesn't mean that demographic has much to do with the loss, though.
The first few commenters didn't say what faith they themselves hold. I don't see Catholics pointing fingers at anyone. Your first post was the first to mention Catholics and to blame them. Btw, I see nothing wrong with you or anyone pointing out that a majority of Catholics voted Dem. It's an interesting discussion to have. But, based on your comments, you really, really (and I mean, REALLY) do not like the Catholic Church.
As was pointed out earlier, many people claim to be Catholic when they no longer attend Mass nor hold Catholic beliefs. A study commissioned by the Faith & Freedom Coalition (Ralph Reed's group) determined that the majority of church-going Catholics voted for Romney.

Pro_27:6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.
See if you can figure out what that means and why I am trying to warn the people who claim to follow Christ but are dead asleep and love to listen to the kisses of their enemies meanwhile calling Bible believers their enemies

Who exactly are, as you put it, "the people who claim to follow Christ but are dead asleep and love to listen to the kisses of their enemies meanwhile calling Bible believers their enemies"?
To: daniel1212
Wow. You figured that out. What do you think has happened in this country? God has been kicked out. Now, go serve as a military chaplain. Your are preaching to the choir.
