Congratulations to Jim Robinson for His Political Sagacity Overwhelmingly Accurate

Posted on 11/10/2012 3:00:14 PM PST by lbryce

The maelstrom of political controversy regarding Free Republic founder Jim Robinson and his attitude towards the then Republican presidential candidate front runner and odds-on favorite to win the nomination, as anointed by the msm as the weakest candidate in the Repuplican field, was one punctuated by severe criticism of Mr. Robinson for his uncompromising, vituperative take-no-prisoners stance towards the liberal bent, RINO candidate Mr. Romney,as unacceptable under any circumstances as Republican Party nominee in the 2012 presidential election.

While his intensely vociferous stance against Mr. Romney surprised, confused, alienated many, the political rationale for the utter blanket rejection of Mr. Romney as candidate was one that remained fundamentally true to the principles of Conservatism, in that Mr.Romney in his record of being a liberal-bent, RINO, had not earned the right to wear the crown as Repubican party nominee as champion, defender of party principles, when he espouses liberal policies that true Republican conservatives find particularly galling equally unacceptable.

In the end, months after the controversy had died down, the election of 2012 having ended, it comes as no surprise to have ended in the manner in which Mr. Robinson did all that he could and more, the sagacity and prescience in which he had already determined the outcome to the election is one in which should teach us all not to repeat the mistakes of the past and to heed those we have faith and admiration for in their reading of the political map and and its various minefields.

Are you blaming Jim for other people’s stupid ideas? Just because woman in the GOP voted for Mitt does not mean Jim was wrong.

Actually I find it kind of interesting that the "moderates" made it very clear early on that they would sit out the election before voting for Ron Paul. I'm no fan but would have voted for him.

Blasphemer! Just say NO! To Fiscal Sense, brought to you by the Moderate Wing of the GOP

The clowns who angrily rant about us purists who wouldn't accept anything less than the perfect candidate don't seem capable of noting that nearly all of us went through a series of candidates before being stuck with the least perfect candidate.

Hell I supported 3 separate candidates and could have found it far easier to vote for three others over Romney.

No one is more of a Purist than a Moderate.

Just ask one what they think of Sarah Palin or Michele Bachmann.

No one is more of a Purist than a Moderate.

Yup. I've been saying it for a few years now.

As stated by a "moderate" when speaking about filling Thadeus McCotter's seat in Michigan.

"I and a lot of Republicans I know won't vote for a tea party guy," said attorney David Zacks of Bloomfield Hills, strolling past the expensive boutique shops of downtown Birmingham with his son during a recent lunch hour.

I'm guessing David certainly wouldn't want any of his liberal friends to find out.

Michigan: Thaddeus McCotter Resigns From Congress

Bentivolio won the seat by a wide margin Tuesday. Just another one of those conservative "disasters".

Why haven’t you responded to this post? You’ve responded to some others that look to be not even close to worthwhile.

Mr Junkey,

If you add up the votes cast for the republican candidates for house seats in the states in question, you will see clearly that Romney won those states, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, virginia, Florida, all were won by Romney by comfortable margins

Fraud is!

That one is really strange, obvious re-tread, and thinks he’s a genius and everyone else is a moron, and writes crap as though it’s high flights of intellect-chew-all brilliance. Perhaps drug fueled; for sure arrogance fueled. I checked some of his comments; “mental masturbation” I call it.

Plus not conservative. He’s really vile.

Okay. Fine. It wasn’t like I was playing games or trying to hide anything. I can’t always log into FR when using my laptop due to the WIFI configuration as told by my ISP. I’ll get to log in and then lose the connection. This can go on for hours sometimes and it was simply a matter of just asking you to log into my gmail acccount simply as an alternative. I do have a life outside of FR and had to attend to some of the responsibilities of my business, meetings, dinner, stuff like that. What’s the emergency? Or is it where’s the fire? or whatever. You know what I mean.

I'm really vile? LOL!! Why don't you check the 1050 posts I made and please get back to me to let me know how many times I've been vile, You won't find any **AT ALL**. Only the very few times in which I've had to respond, protect my turf of those who've initiated insults or discourtesy against me. My record is spotless. Always offering to help people, polite. kind, generous,

As far as not being conservative, you've got to be kidding. Obviously, you didn't see my home page and the copy of a post I made about Obama,in Feb 2011. If that doesn't qualify me as conservative, then I'm posting at the wrong site. Have a great evening, Little jeremiah.

What's your source of all this libelous stuff? "Perhaps drug fueled?? That's rich. Never touch drugs. Arrogant?? Never. I'm quite humble, actually, really. What might seem arrogant to you is merely righteous indignation for those who seek to degrade or insult me.

As far as I am concerned, little jeremiah, you are persona-non-grata to me, whether you're on or offline, meaning even if you leave some really insulting comment for or about me, I will never acknowledge you, or what you say ever again. Go ahead. Call my mother whatever you're little heart desires. You will never hear a response out of me, about you for you, ever, ever again. And that's a promise. Have a great life.

There were too many liberal republicans when Reagan ran. That didn’t stop him. I don’t give much thought to the idiot democrats with (R)s next to their names. They will eventually join their socialist brethren in the democrat party as they always do.

But we have to be true to conservatism. That is what Reagan understood. That is why he won so convincingly twice. The people who forget that, the ones who think you have to become the socialist enemy to “win,” they are the ones doomed to failure. The one good thing to come from this election is that more people now recognize that fact.

One day, even those wishy washy, all things to all people types will have to choose a side. Whose side are you on?

I've been on the losing side, just like the nation, the last two presidential elections.

I was referring to trolls in general, not to you.

I replied to you yesterday after having read none of this thread except two comments.

Now that I’ve read more of it, and your exchanges with Las Vegas Ron, you can apply what I said directly to yourself.

PS - seek help, or help will seek you.
