Weights of our Freepers??

Posted on 01/01/2013 5:02:52 AM PST by Lazamataz

I have wondered how much all the various Freepers weigh. I know by reading stories on here that we have had people get diabetes type II from their weight, all the way to ectomorphs who work out 7 days a week. Obviously, don't post your weight if you do not want to, but I just thought it would be interesting to see our weight spans. I am 42.

Before or after two Big Macs, fries and a shake?

After four fried chickens and a Coke.

I used to be able to leg press 450lbs when I was 15 years old, and under 100lbs. That was the upside to going out all day, every day. Now, I’d be lucky to press 200lbs.

That’s a lot of moving around for a job. Makes me wonder how much I walk for mine. Maybe I should pick up a pedometer.

Weight has nothing to do with diabetes. Diabetes is a food allergy brought on by man-made preservatives that many bodies are unable to process correctly. Many man made food stuffs (such as high fructose corn syrup) converts into glucose in the blood. Glucose is the one thing that is monitored by the diabetic. Stay away from processed foods -- white flour, white sugar, man made oils (canola oil), man made sugars ("modified" is a BAD word) and in time, your system will revert to normal. One of the best foods for a diabetic: broccoli. If you don't like it, take it as a supplement.

Mr. Peel was perfectly normal weight before he was diagnosed as diabetic. It was the insulin that caused him to gain weight. After radically changing his diet, we've gone from 5 insulin injections a day to 2. Weight is starting to come off.

oh yes, stay away from diet foods, diet supplements, diet colas, and glucerna. The additives convert to glucose in the blood and are bad for you.

Steeping into the tanks while steeping out into the compartments demands a LOT of walking.
They even gave us a three-wheeled tricycle to make it easier.
Well...
It wasn’t all that easy.
