An Elkins Park man was killed late Friday after he forced his way into a stranger’s apartment in Cheltenham Township.
Jasper Brisbon, 32, wandered up to a couple late Friday at the Lynnewood Apartments as the pair spoke outside their unit. Brisbon, they told police, appeared to be on drugs. He stared at the pair for several minutes before the couple decided to go into their apartment, police said.
But as they entered their home Brisbon jumped between them, forcing his way in.
The male of the couple ran to get a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle and insisted Brisbon leave. Brisbon refused. Instead, as the man yelled “Stop! Stop Stop!” Brisbon moved menacingly toward the man, police said.
The man fired a shot striking Brisbon in the torso and immediately called 911, police said.
An ambulance rushed Brisbon to Abington Memorial Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. According to court records, Brisbon was awaiting trial on a charge of aggravated assault stemming from an incident in December.
Police said the residents of the apartment were cooperating with police, did not know Brisbon and that the AR-15 was legally purchased.

Well here is the conundrum for Biden, this guy had already forced his way in which negates the blind and dangerous discharge of a weapon through a door.
And that’s how self-defense works.
Thank G-d these people lived in a part of the world where people aren’t prohibited from defending themselves.
It doesn’t take a genius to know how this would have played out in New York or England.
The man would be in jail right now for murder and the police would be chastising the public lest they get any ideas about not letting intruders do whatever they please.

That almost sounds as if it was two queer men and one is the male, the other being the female. Brisbon should have known not to get between the two queers.

I totally forgot the other part of Biden’s advice to put a round through the ceiling as a warning first. Just think how exciting that could be for upstairs neighbors!
NO mention of complete pass through at what had to be pretty close range. Also one shot- one kill. wonder if it was ball ammo, hollow point, ss109 ? Enquiring minds want to know.

Well, considering how widespread shacking up is now, I am assuming that this is a heterosexual couple who are living together but not married.
Then, again, given the way the so-called journalists do not want to hurt the feelings of the homosexualist activists, perhaps they shied away from using the word “husband”.
