A new documentary, which airs tonight on PBS, explores the psychology behind yellow fever - the phenomenon that sees white men attracted to, and sometimes even obsessed with, Asian women.
Filmed and directed by Debbie Lum, a fourth-generation Chinese-American from St Louis, Missouri, Seeking Asian Female looks to discover why many men see Asians as ideal wives, a concept that is 'very painful for the Asian-American community,' Ms Lum told ABC News.

No, Ms. Lum, it has nothing to do with Asian females being ‘submissive’. It has to do with the fact that Asian women LOVE being women, unlike American women who want to act like men.
Can you imagine those lyrics in a song today?

Ooh, have to hear that for myself; I’ll ask my cousin Martin, he was married to a Japanese lady; they had a happy life until her passing a few years ago.

But I never fail to notice attractive Asian
women.

All the Asian women I know, recent immigrants so they still were raised as Asians, and which I include Indians, are very family oriented, don’t get divorced, and build a working family relationship so that husband and wife are both happy. The difference between Asians and Americans at one company I worked for was striking. Almost all of the Americans were divorced, and none of the Asians.

Unpopular it may be, but America has some serious faults in the way we operate.
That said, The problems we do have share one very common bond with the downsides of other cultures. Namely that those collective problems are either the direct result of, or form core aspects of liberalism.
All kidding aside, look at the main ‘issues’ and you will find liberalism in there somewhere. EVERY TIME.
The attraction that certain white men have for Asian women was once (quite brilliantly) explained to me by a white homosexual man, and I’ve seen it that way ever since. Of course that explanation is much too scandalous to get into a PBS show.

my late wife had blue eyes and light brown hair which was not that far from blonde. She was a stunning beauty.
South Africa is a tough region. So only the best genes survived.
Reminds me of the guy who brought his girlfriend home, law student, sweet nature, beautiful, spoke five language and Nigerian.
His mom was talking on the phone to her friend and said worriedly, "But we have never had any of those people in the family before!"
