Pot found in son’s room? Fruit from the Forbidden Meth tree excuse IMO. Just a bullshit excuse...how much pot? Enough to constitution an illegal pot ‘operation?’
The truth is that this cop who said “never pull gun on a deputy” [even if their entry is illegal] one day might find out what a Garand loaded with black tips will do to his vest.

And that pot found in the son’s room “vindicated the raid”, vindicated the cops busting into a home and killing an 80yo in bed.

Los Angeles County deputies raided the home of Eugene Mallory and Tonya Pate. Authorities claim they had probable cause to search the premises because they could smell chemicals used to make methamphetamine while standing outside the house. Do LA County deputies have gas chromatographs for noses?

They say that, but having found NO meth whatever, the search was mistaken and/or illegal....my guess is that pot evidence would be thrown out, especially on the basis of “an officer’s smell”...what BS....

The officers that murdered that old man should be put on trial for manslaughter, abuse of privilege, and dereliction of duty.
All they had to do was take cover in another room and talk to the guy.

My point is; how can some pot in the home justify the death penalty, which is basically what this old man rec’d?
And in CA, where anyone that wants one, can have a prescription for medical mj?

If these “law officers” are not sued out of existence and then jailed for life, they need to be forcibly removed from the gene pool.
This kind of crap out of government officials is inexcusable and cannot be tolerated, period.

At least the officers returned home safely to their families. As we all know, that’s the important thing.

"The sheriffs department insists that the marijuana vindicates the raid." Good citizens of the area should remedy this situation, by quietly eliminating the threat, one subject at a time.
The message will get through.

The cops need to be tried, convicted of murder, then executed.

The sheriffs department insists that the marijuana vindicates the raid. Well sure, killing a parent because their kid has a joint in his dresser is always the right way to go.
