looking for photographic collections of wwII and wwI

There have been some good ones posted in the past, but my bookmarks have all been lost with computer crashes.

LOL! Same occurrence as the irs crashes? Sadly, I didn’t bookmark those sites you were talking about. I’m sure one of the FReepers out there has them. Depends on who’s lookin’/lurkin’ this morning.

For starters, get a USB drive and use it strictly for data backups. Drives are relatively inexpensive.

Second, copy the following into the Google search window:

wwI wwII photographs site:freerepublic.com

The results from the above will give you some places to start rebuilding your collection.
