They cook the bowels from the inside out and induce a high velocity flushing action. God help me, but I can’t stop eating the hot stuff.

LOL...I cook with hot madras curry and/or tabasco every day; my kitchen smells like an Indian grocery store. Guess I'm going to live forever.
If I can plug a favorite product here, if you have a Buffalo Wild Wings near you, they sell bottles of their sauce, and their curry is very good. It has some preservatives and additives I normally try to avoid, but will allow myself to indulge in every now and then. Their curry sauce over some shrimp on a bed of jasmine rice....Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

There fire breathing Hungarian peppers in my garden. I have NO idea what to do with them... Guess I’ll dry them and turn them into medicine. LOL

If this is true, then it would simple to check the populations of the world who eat a lot of chili peppers and see what their rates of colorectal cancer are compared to populations that eat few or no chili peppers.

My brother asked the chef at his favorite Thai restaurant for his curry recipe and the chef gave him a can of this and said "here's my recipe." It is the best curry paste I have ever used. Restaurant quality every time (I order if from Amazon).

Here in the upper Midwest, where in many places ketchup is considered highly spicy, why are there so many crusty old codgers living into their 90’s? While I love hot food, I was taken aback yesterday when an African woman in the grocery line with me had a huge bag of habanero peppers. I asked how she planned to use all those peppers. She replied that she cooked just about everything with these peppers.

Heh! My wife cannot believe that I slather Mrs Renfrow's Ghost Pepper Salsa on a hard boiled egg most mornings for breakfast.
All while she eats some bland hig-fiber cereal crap.
Have to show her this and ask who's guts are healthiest?

I grow different kinds of hot peppers, some hotter than others. The Tiny little White Habaneros are at the top of the hot scale. We are addicted and I put them in just about everything. It is a nice plus to finally hear about a food we love that is not evil.
