Back from WW: I lost 1.2 lbs.
One of Sally’s friends has experienced a family ruction, apparently serious, and is staying with us until ... whenever. Fortunately she’s not very big, nor afraid of cats. We just have to insist that we all keep regular people-hours, not vampire hours.
Busdaddy weighed on Monday and he gained .2 of a pound. Talk about a calamity! LOL!
I need to get busy in a while, but for now, I will sit here and wait for the Ibuprofen to work its magick on my ribs.
When I first got up I took the garbage out and then found a few more things for the thrift truck. That’s such a good feeling to get rid of one or two more things... The table is next, and it’s mostly papers. I will file them later this week, but will sort them today. That’s always gratifying. But so daggone time consuming!
I paid some bills this morning, but I expect I have more in the Heaps. When people other than me bring the mail in, things get lost.
Oh, I hate that. I had a small secretary desk when Igor and I were married, and I always knew when he was in it, rummaging around. I finally put my foot down and told him to stay out of it, or he could handle the bill paying. He left it alone.
The monsoons are supposed to hit again tomorrow and last until Saturday. Doom and gloom. I hope I can still get things done, and that the pain isn’t too bad.

Things are okay here. Bill just told me he got an 87 on an accounting test, which is quite good.
