I'm amazed at the ignorance of FReepers [the stupid, it BURNS]
self

We have been seeing America go to the "dogs" for 6 years now and still some "brain dead" fools cling to the idea that they will stay home rather than vote for a "Pubbie" that they deem a RINO.

“Racism is a sure sign of ignorance. So is blindly following anyone or anything.”

You know you are skating on thin ice with your racism accusations. Real thin ice. Cut it out. You sound just like the Dems always crying racism. Maybe you are a Dem. Or a newfound Libertarian. Whichever is worse.

“And I am a former Republican.”

Then vote for the Dems, because that is what your principled votes will get you. Wanna bet?

I might add, with the exception of Thad Cochran in MS who is a doddering schmuck and cheater, all of the other Pubs won their primaries fair and square, both conservative Pubs and more moderate Pubs. Now it is the general election, and now is the time to vote Pub, regardless if your guy or gal won or lost in the primaries. Otherwise the Dems will be back in office and in control of the Senate again. Is that an outcome you want, because if you don’t vote Pub it is the outcome you will get.

That is a pretty broad brush considering what the GOPers did in Massachussetts

To what are you referring?

Epic post, indeed.

Paraphrasing Francisco d'Anconia, "GOPe says Tea Partiers like me are racist and evil, ergo they don't want my vote. I've decided to acquiesce to their wishes."

That guy who beat Cantor in the primary, fair and square, he got to see the local GOP give away all their GOTV money so they won’t have to support him.

RINO’s would rather lose than see a conservative win.

I don’t think we have to recall what happened with Ken Cucinelli [sic] either. An actual conservative winning the nomination for Governor getting slammed by his own party and left badly underfunded in a winnable race.

The RINO’s do these things all the time. It ain’t just Mississippi

How The Mass GOP establishment worked to destroy the campaign of Mark Fisher

When the state convention took place the GOPe refused to release the vote totals (15% needed to get on primary ballot) so they could pretend that Mark Fisher didn't get enough votes to make the primary ballot.

After fighting in court for months it comes out that he was right. They had rigged the game. Those months of fighting the GOPe ruined any real campaign he might have had.

The state GOP website never even listed Fisher as a candidate.

The GOPe learned to cheat from the Democrats.

...

They also stopped a conservative candidate for the US Senate, Frank Addivinola, from even being given a chance to make the primary ballot by only calling out the name of the GOPe choice.

They pretended he didn't even exist. Despite the huge sign right next to the stage

The GOPe went to war and cheated to keep Mark Fisher off the primary ballot. So who was their choice??

Charlie Baker, who marches with the most radical homosexual groups you can imagine. The group that used donations to pro-traditional marriage groups to harass Christians and those who did not support gay marriage.

Charlie Baker just might be more liberal than any Democrat.

Just how far left is Charlie Baker?

and this cretin is the guy they CHEATED to support?

and you think we conservatives should support this party??

I know nothing about MA internal politics. However, actions in one state does not a whole party make.

I resisted posting on this thread because another that is very similar is still going and over 650 comments. However, your comment was exceptionally good and I appreciate the thought you put into it. I wanted to at least say that and thank you.

In order to replace Thad Cochran with a conservative who represents the ideology of his district, it will be necessary to have a ‘Rat in that seat for one term, because the RINOs will not let us get rid of him any other way. Turning the seat over to the ‘Rats six years in forty is not too high a price to pay.

Of course, if the RINOs would just let us primary the SOB, it would not be necessary. But that is not going to happen.

The party of Ronald Reagan is gone.

And Palin was unable to reconstruct it, like some of us hoped she might.

Pray for the health and welfare of Ted Cruz and the few others of the same conservative strain.

She gets called on it, repeats a disproven point as fact and simply carries on as if nothing happened. Eventually she figures out that her opponent is well versed in the subject at hand and either ignores their posts or does what she did here and tries dismissing them.

She's not alone. But after lurking FR since 1999 before signing up in 2005, I think that I, at last, may be starting to catch on.

Massachusetts was destroyed by the GOP = Romney,
the backstabbing RAT who imposed DEATHCARE.

It is the state which DEFINES the GOP and the rat Romney.

The Romney-McCain-Boehner GOP has created terrorists. Absolutely.

Just like gay marriage and DEATHCARE.

Thanks tanknetter for pointing out:

‘CATALIST’: Obama’s Database for Fundamentally Transforming America
http://pjmedia.com/jchristianadams/2014/09/17/obamas-catalist-database/

The conluding paragraph...

So pay attention to whether or not the folks in Washington, D.C., understand Catalist, have read Hersh’s deposition, or have figured out why Romney lost in 2012. Pay attention to whether Republican polices seemed designed to energize a base, or whether they sound like Democrat-lite. If Republicans and conservatives don’t come to understand Catalist and cooperate to create a credible competitor, we are likely to see more horsemen charging at tanks in the next few presidential elections.

Many thoughts surface after reading this article. Primarily, it seems the GOPe, seeking to emulate the Obama appeal to specific blocs of selected voters in targeted locations, merely turned left and now appeals to...no one in particular.

calling the GOP the “GOPe”
is the same as Obola calling IS as “ISIL”.

Both are an attempt at self-deception.
