Don't fall into the trap!

Actually, those words don't always indicate “healthy.” There could still be added fat, sugar or salt. It's up to you to tell the server something like, “steamed without butter” or “dry grilled.”
Words to avoid: flavorful, tasty, delicious, yummy, cooked to perfection, etc. Healthy words: burnt, bland, natural, etc.
My very first thought too. Then I figured this article was targeted toward Obama voters...*smile* That explains why it was needed.
