Outgoing U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder stated after the grand jury decision announcement that regardless of their findings, his independent investigation of Officer Darren Wilson was not over and would continue. ...

I was a little disturbed to see in certain place people question why I was here. And my answer to that would be, ‘Why would I be any place other than right here, right now?’

But when it comes to police shooting unarmed civilians, is it really that uncommon? A New York Times piece in 2011 posed the question...

Just like he’s not done with George Zimmerman.

Neither case will go anywhere but they’re just PR anyway.

Defund him and his office, it’s being used to abuse innocent citizens.

Holder knows a federal grand jury won’t indict either....he’s just playing to his black revolutionary base...

Obama dog and pony show today was all about a cover for not indicting...

He’s done because he’s already announced he’s (Holder has) stepping down. He may initiate action but he certainly won’t see anything through to conclusion.

Obama and Eric Holder have defined racism in America.

Together, they have destroyed any political capital held in the racism account.

Obama, Holder, and Sharpton have permanently alienated any devotion to the cause of racism.

We're done here.

Dang it would be good to see the Ferguson Grand Jury use presentment on Holder.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
See, by investigating murder charges Holder would be putting the officer's life in jeopardy again.

To quote a line from THE MAN WHO SHOT LIBERTY VALANCE, “When the legend becomes fact you pint the legend.”

In this case they are trying to make the “legend in their own minds” become the fact.

The only charge the feds can investigate is federal civil rights charges. The Supreme Court held a long time ago that does not violate the Double Jeopardy Clause.

That said, the burden of proof in those cases is even higher than what the Grand Jury was dealing with. So, this statement is just to appease his race-hustler posse. Just like the Zimmerman investigation they promised.

The AG of Missouri should have him arrested and charge him with obstruction of justice.

“But when it comes to police shooting unarmed civilians, is it really that uncommon?”

They seem to have left out the words “who are trying to kill them” after “civilians”, but I’m sure it was just an innocent error.

Because otherwise, I’d have to assume it was an act of blatant stupidity.
