Even Jane Fonda needs a reminder of her fabulousness. At 77, the actress is building a “shrine” to herself that she hopes will boost her recently faltering confidence. “I’ve found myself backsliding a bit of late in terms of where my thoughts have tended to reside (not always with the generosity of vision I wish for) and my confidence has been iffy for the past four months,” the stunning star wrote in a blog post Sunday, her 77th birthday. “So, while meditating today an idea came to me: I’m going to create a shrine to myself – or, at least, the self I wish to be, the self who began to manifest when I was a young girl before the s–t hit the fan,” she continued. The “shrine” will be a small place filled with items that remind Fonda of “the qualities that represent my best self.” So far, she plans to include a school report from the fourth grade. She’ll spend the new year collecting objects and symbols that “remind me that I’m brave.” “I’ve been forgetting that,” she revealed.

It is an amazing sight to behold. Scores of Hollywood starlets who have paraded their wares over all manner of film and smut, get ‘convictions’ once they gain notoriety. They invariably become icons of feminism and rational female contribution to politics.
Ms Fonda, whose most notable achievement is showing her cooch in the opening scenes of Barbarella, had continually evolved into a “skank with a conscience.” Never mind she married a pedophile rapist (Vadim), Tom Hayden (anarchist revolutionary), and crazy ass billionaire (Ted Turner).
That’s all she is, all she ever will be. Much less than that now since her once good looks are GONE.
But I suppose "Ye shall know them by their Fruits" applies here.

On second though, we are talking about “baby killer” Jane. My previous comment assumed good judgment and reason. You can’t draw water from an empty well. I do not know her personally so I will allow room for hope, but if the past is any sign of the future, I’m not too confident.

This is one of the defining moments of the downfall of American society. Oh how that seed of doubt has grown into a full blown Audrey II. Not so pleasant now is it, JACKASSES.
What s-t might she be talking about? This sounds like politicians trying to rewrite history to put themselves in a better light as they age. Maybe she can find some time to help Obama figure out what to put in his libarry.
