I recall their ad campaign in the spring of 1967, when the announcer exhorted listeners, “when you think of bells, think of tacos.” For example, the Liberty Bell becomes the Liberty Taco, and the famous calypso singer becomes Harry Tacofonte. This may have been silly, but it was an effective way to get listeners to remember the brand.

I’m in canada right now and this puke-worthy commercial from Tide about 2 fags keeps playing at every ad break is just damn nauseating. Count yourself lucky you don’t see this..

Yep. I watch little TV but have heard its common to see homosexual characters on shows. And that the homosexual is always a wise charming funny character.

I know there’s at least one show with a homosexual male couple with a baby. There too, the reason someone came up with such a plot and such characters is to push homosexuality.

I happened to be flipping between “Fail Safe” (I’ll get to how that movie pissed me off in another post) and “Heat” which was on IFC. IFC is running some very nearly obscene homosexual ads for a “comedy” show. It was disgusting and stupid all rolled into one.
