I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

Yep, unfortunately Harry is now in fourth position.
With a bit of luck Charley will go and retire to an organic farm somewhere remote.

We can always petition the Queen to banish Charles into retirement..
I honestly think he knows his powers of being a Royal Offspring are always going to be limited.

I don’t think she’ll skip Charles. Sally Bedell Smith’s biography of Elizabeth claims that she’s an absolutist when it comes to royal tradition, and wouldn’t consider deviating from the line of succession.
Personally I’d enjoy seeing William crowned, but I think it’s going to be a while before that happens. If the longevity of the Windsors holds true, anyway.

Hi! Back from church. Today is “Children’s Day” in Mexico, so we had a whoop-up after Mass. I left as they were heading outside to break pinatas.

I don't find breaking piñatas to be all that merry.
Truth be told, most days I tend to identify with the piñata.

So who was the lucky child that smashed the Michael Moore pinata? Kid cleaned out the mother lode.

Children, including two of my sons, helped take up the collection during Mass. (Adults were watching, so I don’t expect to find Pat and Vlad any richer ...)
I don’t know what figures the pinatas represented. Our kids were already full of cake and pizza, and didn’t need candy.

Nice. Do they shoot bazookas at it? Throw rocks from a catapult?

They should have had one of those on the beach for Spring Break.
It could have been a Trojan horse donkey.

Seems like they drop asteroids on them.
Growing up we couldn't afford an asteroid, just a rusty old wrecking ball we got from the Sally Anns.

Your sons and daughters in the basement hide
Their coming now over the horizon
In numbers over-whelming; our last stand
The battle begins and we choose our side
The noise is deafening, windows explode
Down goes your brother with a mortal wound
The house is surrounded, but the fight goes on
Fire one for my brother, whom Ill see real soon
Their flag was my flag, not long ago
Their land was my land, we all thought so
Then came the day when they knocked it all down
Crime, corruption, chaos without much sound
They killed my country
Stole my life and my liberty
Things my children shall never see
Then they came for me
No time for crying, I need my guns
Theres so many, must arm my sons
I wont go down quietly
I will water that tree of liberty

Why would create an artistic master piece from old newspapers and that crape paper just to destroy it? Is this some form of Hispanic performance art per the crazy art liberals thought they invented it. And yes I saw the word crape and decided it was performance art spelling.
