After being derided and charged with trafficking in wild conspiracy theories, Glenn Beck redoubled his warnings that the uprisings in Egypt could lead to an Islamic caliphate spreading across the Middle East on his radio show Thursday.
Beck has come under criticism for his doomsday vision of the potential fallout from the Egyptian revolution. He has warned that the world is "being divvied up" by the "uber left" and the "Islamicists," and that what was formerly "Ancient Babylon" could emerge as the new seat of "evil" and center of the new caliphate.

He was right to warn of the arab spring while everybody else was cheering their newfound “freedom”.
He may not have gotten every individual incident 100% correct but he was damn close.
AND ... he was wrong about Egypt (it’s stronger than you think) ... thanks to President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi! What a blessing he has been for Egypt!
You are right.
Actually he was right. He warned of a guy like Morsi but I don’t think he foresaw such a quick turnover to Al Sisi and his strength.
That said, things are far from finished. There are still a lot of dirty players lurking. For instance, Mohammad ElBaredai who stepped down from the VP spot when Morsi was thrown out. ElBaredai is quiet but has some very powerful friends who work on long term projects.
Something else everyone refuses to acknowledge.
The Clintons climbed into bed with the muslim brotherhood back in the mid 1980s and the problem with muslim terrorist targeting the US in this country started in 1991 when Bill Clinton set his eyes on the Whitehouse.
Since 1991, every time a Clinton has their eye on getting in the WH or staying in the WH, muslim terrorist have ratcheted it up.
It never fails.
The prime objective of Islam is Saudi Arabia, once that is accomplished, the world will plunge into global chaos and 0 will be ‘concerned’ but allow it to happen.

Fortunately, the Egyptian people were brave enough to face down an Obama-supported dictatorship and the Egyptian military were brave enough to oust it. This Egyptian bravery does not appear to exist in the US.

Earth to Glenn: Eqypt has already thrown off the Muslim Brotherhood and repudiated radical Islam.
Beck was talking about the Morsi gov......now overthrown. Lots of people were saying similar things, including myself, but thankfully the Obama/el Morsi/muslim brotherhod was overthrown.
Beck is a close to insane.....his followers are completely nuts.

And he was correct on that point.
People like to dump on Beck, but he deserves a lot of slack for making what I consider to be the most significant and accurate prediction in any category in recent memory.
It’s pretty obvious that this is what Obama is working to accomplish with his foreign policy and relationships.
