What is a space saver?
To be fair, Responsibility2nd... he did leave the passenger door accessible in case of an emergency. The picture made me howl with laughter!!
Good for him. There are too many jackasses around who think the world revolves around them.
... LOL ... good move!
My solution is to live somewhere where I have a driveway and a garage for my cars, so I’m not fighting over space on the public roadways. Seems to work pretty good.
What’s snow?
Seems to cause a lot of trouble.
I was on the guys side till I read this: “he left February 8 to work an evening shift driving for Uber.”
Uber drivers = Shiftless bums living in their parents basements who can’t get or keep a real job.
I remember days like this very well, having lived in a city in NJ.
Mostly, any obvious space saver was respected, so there were few incidents like this.
Violators were subject to cut tires, keyed paint or dented door panels. Funny how nobody saw nothin’.
Few things enrage a person more than losing a space that took three or four hours to shovel out.
It is a theft of time and effort without compensation.
That’s how it was looked at.
I KNOW the @ss-hole with the NY plates! He’s the same “me first, f*ck you!” idiot that parks at the curb in front of the grocery store because he’s “special” (or so he thinks). Only us gullible ones park in the lot so everyone can deal fairly with each other. I’m soon going to have to sedaate myself before I go to the shopping center so I don’t do something stupid. It’s funny how often these cars have obambi stickers. Probably just a coincidence. sigh
this gy is lucky- if I had shoveled that snow and someone else parked there then some snow would be the least of his problems. I would probably have gone postal on his car with my snow shovel
Just the New York plates would have told you all you need to know.
I lived in a beach community with no parking, and through a fluke of history and the coastal commission, I had two personal parking spaces alongside my little beach cottage.
The fighting that I did to protect them over the years was epic, especially during events like the 4th of July.
It’s winter. It’s New England. In the history of the area, it has had winters before; it has had snowfalls, both minor and major, before!
The major things that New England are famous for, down to including Christmas Season cards are: snow, cold, or at least the fantastic FALL changes of the tree leaves BEFORE the onset of WINTER!!!
There is no ‘rights’ issue, when you shovel out a parking space, you gimp!! It’s called FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
I lived on Cape Cod in the ‘60’s, snow and all.
I lived in Connecticut in my first years, and my last three years, of my school years, snow and all.
I lived on Long Island, when they still just called blizzards, “The Blizzard of ‘93’, etc. I COULD refer to that storm as ‘The Colin Ferguson Storm’.

Well one day after a horrible snow storm, I had to dig my car out just to get out of the complex. To aid someone else who may have had a similar problem, I left the shovel in the snow bank in front of the spot I dug out.
Well, when I got home, sure enough, somebody parked in the spot I shoveled out. That didn't set well with me so I proceeded to put all the snow back.........
Should have sprayed it with the garden hose after piling the snow back on. Guy would have been stuck there until a thaw.
Didn’t three annoying muzzies just get themselves iced over some cr@p like this?
Kewel dude...
