Did anyone watch "Todays Obama Sympathy Speech" and take notice that it sounded like he was "Reading A Cue Card", or "Reading From Notes".? The pattern continues. He always speaks as if he just doesn't want to be President anymore, speaks in such a monotone delivery to the extent where we are all to assume that Obama just doesn't care about the well being of our Nation and The Military. So did he go golfing afterwards?

Obama enjoys running for President. And he enjoys the perks of being President. He just doesn't like any of the responsibilities that go with office.
Bottom line: He's a lazy narcissist. And I suppose we should be grateful for the lazy part. A driven narcissist like a Hitler could do major, major damage.
I think he’s just annoyed by the thought that he even has to pretend he’s serving the public.

There’s nothing left to do.
He won’t get any calls from Hillary or any of the dozen-odd Democrats running for Senate races in 2016. No governors will call him up. No speeches. No ads. So, there’s virtually nothing left because he’s burned through all possible legislation and the Supremes are close to checking his executive order thrills.
Perhaps it is hard for one to care if you are a marionette dancing to others string pulling.

Watch him when it is something stupid or sports or entertainment related - then he cares.

Don't know where he'll move when he leaves office, but you can bet it will be the one place on earth where he thinks Iran won't detonate a nuke.
