I was baby sitting my granddaughters cat, she was sweet and loved to hide in my closet.....One night I was laying in bed with her beside me scratching her belly.....she got up walked to the foot of the bed and beat the hell out of me without touching me, she stopped turned and looked at me, hissed, spit and groweled then took her front paw and took a swipe at thin air...I had to laugh but she was pissed at where I was scratching her, let me know she was pissed but didn’t want to hurt me...stayed out of the bed for 2 days...I still laugh when I think of it.

A friend of mine has a wife who really likes cats. She is also a nurse. A few days ago a cat bit her on the hand and it is getting really badly infected with a strain of MRSA. She may loose the hand. I’m not sure if I’ve ever heard of a cat scratch or bite that did not get infected.
I was going to say I like zombies, because they tear your brains out, but then I realized there’s nothing in that dumb skull of yours.

extremely dangerous. A feral cat can claw your arm to shreds on its on. Know from personal experience unfortunately.
It took me a while to figure this out...sometimes you can pet a certain spot. Sometimes not. It depends on their mood.
And they are SUPER moody.
I’m skeptical about this. A lion or tiger will take on prey at least their size if not larger. But I’ve never heard of a cat attacking a baby.
I’m sorry to hear about your friend’s wife. I hope they’re able to stop the infection.
I’ve lived with cats most of my 50+ years and been scratched or bitten literally thousands of times, including about a year ago when I “catnapped” a feral kitten who was living in a dumpster behind a local burger joint. None of them have ever become infected, thankfully.
That Tiger made itself an easy target for a nice little spear though its mouth and head.

I figured that “kid” was a troll awhile ago.
I’m not sure if this has to do with a cat injury or the emergence of “super” viruses.
I was bit by a cat as a kid and just stuck a bandaid on the bite and carried on.
That doesn’t seem to happen these days.
The man survived, with no serious injuries. He was part of a group that was hunting the tiger; his left arm was lacerated pretty badly, so to be safe they did send him to a hospital where he was treated. The tiger escaped.
