What about the Tantalus device from Star Trek? With that you could just make your enemies disappear.

The Wave Motion Gun. [interested in seeing who gets that reference]

My first thought too. After all, you need to put on goggles just to fire it and when you do, you need to grimace in pain with sweat beading on your forehead as it obliterates everything around you.

John Creighton’s “pretty please with a cherry on top wormhole weapon” from the farscape miniseries. Pretty much can destroy an entire universe.

It would work beautifully transporting the contents of a bank vault to the location of your choosing, as well.

A Tardis in the wrong hands and the reality bomb.

The Little Doctor, or Molecular Disruption Device, Ender’s Game.

Or Mother Hitton’s Littul Kittons orbiting Norstrilia.

Putin bought it at a surplus store.

Dr. Soran’s Trilithium bomb from Star Trek Generations. Destroy a planet, bah...it destroys a star.

The Dominion also tried to use one but it was stopped.

Only a few ounces of pressure needed by Derek Wildstar.

Captain Gideon fired all of their wave motion guns at the wrong half of the comet empire.

Yes, the Star Trek transporter was woefully under utilized.
Maybe it would have made things too easy.
The only time I recall they intentionally killed something with a transporter was Jack The Ripper.

I would go with the Omega 13.

Powerful yes....but could it be considered a weapon? Loved that movie.

Grabthar's Hammer then?
