New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

Ryan Bundy and LaVoy Finicum, AFTER BEING SHOT AT, had to badger the unknown men into identifying themselves.
They claimed they were Oregon State Police.
Any state police in any state I've been in are INSTANTLY identifiable.
Which makes me believe these guys were dressed up in Gear Queer "pretend soldier" suits...

I am believing he was tased first thing and wasnt a threat after that. And then he was shot and killed just because they knew they were justified in doing it.
(a.k.a.- They forced him into a box, knew they could kill him and get away with it, and did.)

He was shouting “back off or shoot me” at the initial stop BECAUSE THEY'D ALREADY SHOT AT HIM.
He was a brave man, and his adrenaline was probably pumping pretty good.
Most brave men would have done the same.
Based on that logic, the SAFEST place to make the arrest, since it doesn't matter WHERE, would have been at the Sheriff's office.
He caused his own death, no matter what may have happened before that.
Yet everything that happened between him and the feds BEFORE THAT is what led him down that road and into that roadblock.
What was this guy doing so wrong that he needed to be chased down and forced to get on his knees to the authorities who are trying to take his land ?

I’ve watched the video you’re referencing. You’re wrong on the timeline. They had not been shot at yet at the point where they were asking the officers to identify themselves.
You’re simply being obtuse if you’re suggesting that they didn’t know who the men with the black SUVs and flashy lights and guns were behind them. Of course those guys were in tactical gear - they were making a felony stop of people that they knew were armed. All the occupants needed to know was that they were law enforcement officers. I don’t care what you think about your rights, when there are law enforcement officers behind you with guns telling you to exit your vehicle, you do exactly as you’re told.
I'm having to explain to them that the reason he did that was because they'd already shot at him, and he was probably pretty revved up, and he was a brave man.
There’s no evidence he was tased. The guy with the taser never deployed it.

Ok lets just say I am totally ignorant. Are you here to tell us that there was no possible way to detain LaVoy without killing him? What about all the chances they had in the days and weeks leading up to this event? That now all of a sudden he was such a unbelievable threat that the law enforcement had no other choice than to be judge jury and executioner?
May I ask you what the rules of engagement are currently for our military in a war zone? Do you believe that “he was reaching for his pocket” would be sufficent to shoot a guy in an intersection in downtown Bagdad?
Do you not believe that law enforcement should be required to show more restraint than say our military, considering they are dealing with American citizens?

I believe if I were a law enforcement officer, and I had a man who’d been telling me I’d have to shoot him to subdue him, and then he exited his vehicle and walked toward me, repeatedly yelling “Go ahead and shoot me” and “You’re gonna have to shoot me” and then he reached for a weapon, I’d have emptied my freaking magazine into him. These cops showed incredible restraint not to let this get out of hand and end up with four dead people instead of one.
He knew the police considered him armed and dangerous.
He knew they’d shoot him given the slightest excuse.
He left the “occupied” building.
He went without a bulletproof vest.
He knew they’d ambush him.
He drove fast on bad roads.
He drove fast at a blockade.
He got out of the stuck car.
He screamed repeatedly “shoot me”.
He thrashed around.
He dramatically reached into his coat.
What happened next was quite predictable.
And he wasn’t unarmed.
If he didn’t plan to die, he’d have stayed at the occupied building.
I was mistaken about the initial stop - they were fired at with one nonlethal round at the initial stop.
No, I corrected myself. The officers had fired one nonlethal shot at the first traffic stop.
