21 year study, following 1,302 men.

There was no correlation between consumption of eggs and coronary artery disease. Also no thickening of the carotid artery.

Enjoy!

“Eggs are bad, red meat is bad, butter is bad (eat margarine).”

That’s what the nutrition experts have been saying for decades.

Just one thing. They’ve been dead wrong.

Further, there has never been a correlation between consumed cholesterol and the cholesterol your body produces...... The cholesterol your body produces is the bad stuff.....

What do Trukey eggs taste liie? We now have backyard chickens and the eggs are fantastic. Henrietta and Laverne reliably come up with an egg almost every day.

They never seem to want to study the beneficial effects of a low carb diet that includes lots of saturated fat.

I’ve lost 24 lbs eating about 70% of my calories as fat. Only about five percent carbs

Love me a 3-egg omelet with ham and cheese and hash browns, as well as most all things egg.

Yum!

Add “Whole milk is bad” to your list also. So said the “experts”.

I’m glad I’ve never paid any attention to what media-anointed experts have ever told me to do or not do.

I disagree. This is what the nutrition "experts" have been saying.

Just because they call themselves exists does not make them experts.

The real experts were saying things like:

What right has the federal government to propose that the American people conduct a vast nutritional experiment, with themselves as subjects, on the strength of so very little evidence that it will do them any good?

Eggs are also a highly concentrated natural source of choline, which the body metabolizes into a neurotransmitter. Without choline, the brain doesn’t function properly.

I’ve lost about ten pounds just by keeping my carbs under 100 grams per day. I’m usually between 60 and 70 percent calories from fat. I also eat lots of protein. Lots of eggs, cheese and nuts. Fatty cuts of meat including chicken always with the skin on. Butter on everything. Whole avacados. Heavy cream in my coffee and lots of it. Bacon, sausage, etc.

The experts were hired by the big cereal/breakfast food companies.
Guess what..they ‘found out’ eggs were bad for you.
More junk science.

Everyone should read what KD has to say on this, pretty informative and good!

And this is from earlier

The medical industry doesn’t want you to read this.

Nor does the food industry.

But you should read it, and let it sink in.

I strongly encourage reading it and all links he provides.
