DOVER, Del. — Three teenage girls have been charged in a high school restroom assault in Delaware that left a 16-year-old girl dead, authorities said Monday.
The Delaware attorney general's office announced the charges after meeting earlier in the day with the mother and older brother of the victim, Amy Joyner-Francis.

Study after study, from that of the U.S. Army in the 20’s to the more recent Bell Curve, have come to the same conclusion; the average I.Q of the American negro is 85. This is considered dull normal or mildly mentally retarded. An I.Q. of 85 doesn’t allow an individual to be a contributing participant in a society with an average I.Q. of 15 points greater. The American negro falls right into the middle of the Goldilocks zone with regards to crime and I.Q. Any smarter and they could assimilate any stupider and they couldn’t even formulate a crime. It’s all they are mentally capable of doing. Despite the fact that this data is true, some will call this post racist and it may even be removed by a moderator. Also, in many states, Murder 1 charges might stick on all three, because they all participated in a felony, i.e., the conspiracy, that caused the death of an innocent person.
It’s a stretch, but in many states, it would be at least chargeable.
