Yes, there was that alleged rolling stop and wide turn. She can throw the book at him for that. For anything more, she’ll have to suspend the 5th amendment.

Loretta can try to Lynch him under federal law for ‘violating civil rights’.

YES. In all caps and emphasized any way you like. When government takes custody of a citizen it is from that point forward until the citizen is no longer in custody that the well-being of the individual is the responsibility of the government.

Whether it was negligence or on purpose, the government is responsible for that man’s life the moment it takes custody of him.

Bullship!!! You are embarrassing yourself with your bleeding heart. Freddy Grey was responsible for his own death, and the world is a better place without his sorry ass.

Good riddance to a piece of human trash.

Lesser offenses are covered under double jeopardy "If all elements of a lesser offense are relied on to prove a greater offense, the two crimes are the "same offense" for double jeopardy purposes, and the doctrine will bar the second prosecution."

Is she mulatto or quadroon. Has quadroon, almost octroon coloring, quadroon lips, but a mulatto nose.

“Do jail guards get convicted of murder when an inmate hangs himself?”

Not sure about “convicted” but they are accused almost every time, and excoriated in the court of public opinion.

"Actually this is good news....except for the folks who want to trash everything around them."

They need to take their grievances down the road to "The Man" that lives in Plantation House at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

As long as the punishment must be inflicted on an innocent person, how about if it’s you? Does that change anything?

Between this and the SC immigration ruling, the Congress sit in last night will be forgotten by this afternoon.

If Mosby was a pitcher, the manager would be walking toward the mound right about now...

Nope. As long as they can prove they were doing the rounds as stated in procedure, they’re good to go. Gray was tryin’ to rough himself up for the purposes of brutality charges and a civil suit. He terminally overdid it.

If you never have, you’re in a quickly vanishing minority. Don’t count on your good fortune continuing.

” the government is responsible for that man’s life the moment it takes custody of him.”

But not murder.
That’s the issue here is that mosby over charged and now there’s not much recourse. They can’t try him again can they?
