So I don't know how to hyperlink, but this happened today.

SkyNews brought me in to discuss gun control. The host immediately started with false propaganda. I corrected him. Hilarity ensues. Hope you enjoy!

Careful. Don’t say that word too loud.
Some liberal writers tend to poop in their pampers when they hear or read it.

My recollection is that it was the first thing.

I just watched the video. As always, VERY well done, Sir! A couple of points, though.

The term, "Assault Rifle," is the legal description (In America) of a select-fire rifle or carbine. Basically, an automatic (Also called, "Full Auto") machine gun like the M-16.
Assault Rifle

Also, it is NOT illegal to buy or own an actual assault rifle. Unfortunately, the US government (See: Firearm Owners Protection Act) and The Hughes Amendment has fixed the prices for these because of the feds making it illegal to manufacture any more after May 19th 1986 with the exception for law enforcement and government use.

This made all of the already existing full autos at that date the ONLY full autos available for sale or transfer for the average citizen.
1986 was a long time ago.
Those weapons are VERY rare, and expensive.
On the low end? You'd pay about $25,000 for an old, rusty, full auto Tommy gun.
And you and I and all of the FReepers here know for a fact that criminals in America simply are NOT buying these up.
In fact, there has been only one case (That I know of) where National Firearms Act items (Full auto, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, AOWs and silencers) were used in a crime. And it was done by a law enforcement officer -who are exempt from these gun control laws.

I was listening to Gun Talk with Tom Gresham a couple of weeks ago. He had this caller to his show who said that he liked guns. He said that he enjoyed going to the gun show and buying the M-1 Garand that he owns, but then said that people shouldn't be allowed to own, "Weapons of war."

WHAT THE HELL DID HE THINK OUR SOLDIERS AND MARINES USED IN THE EARLY PART OF OUR LAST CENTURY TO FIGHT WARS?!?!?!

Anyhoo, I'm rambling.

If you need any other information, please hit us up here on FR.

Again. well done! Please keep on 'em. Never give up.

Disqus may not be perfect, but you’re missing my brilliant commentary on louderwithcrowder.com because I refuse to use a fakebook account in order to comment on your posts.

p.s. I don’t think your chances of being a continuing SkyNews contributor are very good.

Nicely done. Hard to respond concisely & fast to such incompetence.

Next time: remember there may not be armed guards IN his studio, but the building is certainly guarded. (I count them every time I enter a very similar building 3 times a week. Number & distribution reflects threat level.)

More to the point:
We left England BECAUSE they tried to disarm us.
Lots of rhetoric about other issues, but the war actually started when confiscation was attempted.

To much verbiage for the circumstances.
Colloquially, automatics are illegal. Enough said.
Insofar as a tiny number are legal, they’re old, worn/used, and with far more as investments than weapons (decent M16 costs $25,000 - because it’s so rare).

True. The war started when the Colonists started shooting the King's men. The Colonists started shooting the King's men when the King's men attempted to take their firearms.

The question that remains unanswered is, When the King [Washington DC politicians] send their men to take our firearms, will we have the courage and guts that the Colonists or will we meekly comply? That it, [the seizure, or attempted seizure] of our firearms by those who believe that they are our Lords and masters in Washington, D.C., will happen is a given. The only question remaining is when.

That was way cool man! Always a treat. I just saw X-Men:Apocalypse and the first thing the villain did was disarm nations of their nuclear weapons, so he could conquer them. An unarmed person or nation is a future victim. Stay Safe!

BTW, the Brit was really pompous.
