Glenn Beck spent a portion of his television program last night debating with audience members who are not very happy with his refusal to support Donald Trump, which Beck continues to insist he cannot do because voting for Trump carries eternal consequences.
To vote for either Trump or Hillary Clinton is to give his approval to genuine evil and "darkness," Beck said, and so unless God tells him otherwise, he cannot vote for Trump.
"We have to do what we feel the Lord would want us to do," Beck explained. "All I'm looking for now is to be seen in eyes of favor. Lord, I know who you are and I can't imagine standing in front of you and saying, 'But you don't understand, you weren't there.' He was there. And I don't want to say, 'I didn't have enough trust in you to hold the line on my principles' because those principles were right! Even if they were going to throw me in jail and crucify me upside down, I'm not wavering because I believe what I believe in and hopefully the Lord will recognize those who have trust in Him."

I was a Cruz backer. Now backing Trump.
I understand not being thrilled with Trump. I don’t understand not backing him. Not backing Trump = pro-Hitlery.

There is no comparison between Trump and Hitlery. Unless there is something serious being hidden about Trump, he is nowhere in the same league as Hitlery. No, I can’t agree with him on everything and I don’t totally trust him, but a failure to vote for Trump is a vote to enable Hitlery and all the known evil she stands for. I can’t even begin to enumerate her issues, but for starters she favors bringing jihadists to the US. (Why? Because she gets paid bribes to do so. Our safety is for sale to Hitlery.)
You've got a much bigger problem than that. Given your Mormonism, God will tell you to "depart from me, I never knew you" before He ever asks how you voted in 2016.

The difference between Trump and Hitlery explained so that someone like Beck can understand it:
Trump is greedy and will build schlocky buildings to make money.
Hitlery is greedy and will sell our secrets to the Chinese, weapons to our enemies, and immigration rights to jihadists to make money.
So will he vote for Hillary since she goes to a ‘Christian’ church? Her church is gay affirming and has a ‘social justice ministry’
Glen Beck doesn’t even know what that means... If you ARE NOT born again by the blood of the Lamb, you will stand before God at the Great White Throne Judgement and answer for every sin you’ve ever committed, and then be cast into outer darkness/ hell for rejecting Jesus Christ as your savior.
On the other hand, if you have been born again, you will stand at the judgement seat of Christ, and you will be judged by whether or not you acted in faith toward Him as you lived your life on earth. If you lived poorly toward Him you will receive little or no rewards but will still go to heaven. But if you pepper all you do with faith in Him, you will have much heavenly reward... That’s what is referred to as, “storing your treasure in heaven”.
The apostle Paul addresses acting in faith and having liberty to act. For instance, I can vote for Trump, not because I think highly of Trump and consider him a better moral choice than say Cruz. No, I can vote for Trump because I trust in God and believe God can work through him, and even in spite of him.
The real reason Beck can’t vote for Trump is because he painted himself in a very tight corner betting all his marbles on Cruz... for him to come out and vote for Trump now would show him to be the biggest of hypocrites, damaging his image, resulting in lost revenues.
If Hillary should win he will certainty answer to both man AND God!

I believe Trump has been sent by God. That doesn’t mean I endorse serial polygamy, or yellow hair, or bronzer, or any other of Trump’s crimes against humanity.
What Cruz has demonstrated is that you can still dazzle a lot “religious” people by banging a Bible.

I agree with your post. I’ll also say some time between now and November Glenn is going to say he is voting for Trump. He needs time to pivot. At first he thought Trump was a joke. Then he thought Trump wouldn’t be the nominee. Then he thought Never Trump would work. He’ll be telling us soon that we have to vote for Trump after he comes up with a long story and writes a letter to Trump about his health issues and we all need to come together to stop Hillary.
What makes him think Lucifer is going to let him see or talk to God??
