Name the most BORING Movie You Ever Saw
Self | October 1, 2016 | PJ-Comix

A few days ago I watched the 2015 movie, "Steve Jobs" on the Tube. One word description: BORING!!! Despite great material to work with, it was one big borefest. Aaron Sorkin's scipt was largely to blame. It didn't feel like real people involved talking. It came off as a platform for SorkinSpeak. You can always tell a movie he has written. It has his peculiar SorkinSpeak which consists of rapid fire chit chat signifying nothing.

Okay, that is my idea of the most boring movie that I have ever seen. What is yours? Remember, this doesn't mean WORST movie, only most BORING movie.

Add To Kill A Mockingbird as a great movie translation of a great book.

Gandhi!!
One of the most boring and overrated
movies of all time. Walked out of it with the
girl I was dating at the time. She hated it too!
Had a much better time at an Irish pub later!
Pizza and beer and conversation & music. Yeah.

THE SPY WHO CAME IN FROM THE COLD (I fell asleep in this one for a few minutes)

FELLINI SATYRICON (Dubbed in English it was terrible. Only film I ever walked out on. Later, saw it in Italian, it was much better).

EQUINOX (A supposed SI-FI horror film looked like it was made by high school students)

A MAN AND A WOMAN ( dubbed in English it was still D-U-L-L)

MODESTY BLASE ( A decent film if cut to 90 minutes but N-O-O-! IT went on and on and on for a full two hours!

FIREWALKER (I haven’t watched a Chuck Norris film since. Again, a 90 minute film padded with detritus for two full hours!)

CALIGULA X rated version. So bad I fast forwarded through most of it. again MOST of it!

Does that include “Somewhere in Time”
with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour?

Moulan Rouge. Good grief. I was dating a gal and sat through this with her.

I wanted to drawl myself a warm bath, pour a glass of wine, turn the lights down, light a candle....then slit my freaking wrist. Painful to watch.

I rarely watch movies because the overwhelming majority of them are stupid beyond words. A few years ago I got talked into watching Million Dollar Baby (I think that’s what it was called).

It confirmed to me that NOT watching movies was the way to go. I will never get those couple of hours back. I was not tired at the end of it, I was livid.

What the hell is your problem?
Who is laughing?
I haven't been a "boy" in 70 years and I am not a monkey!

I had thankfully forgotten about “Dances With Wolves”. It definitely needs to be up there with the worst ever. Also the stupidest.

Vanity post from PJ-Comix on the movie "Steve jobs." I saw it the other night as well. . . and I have to say I agree with him. Some good scenes, but a lot of wholly made up BS THAT NEVER HAPPENED, and all of the people who were there claim it was not at all what happened! Woz says Sorkin put words in his mouth he never said or even thought! — PING!

Dr Zhivago was boring to a 17 yr old HS student.
Had we not been double dating my girlfriend and
I would have had some serious make out time. Later,
as an adult with a degree history I learned to appreciate
the movie.
