Thank you, my dear friend, for the delightful picture of David Bowie.
He was a baby boomer, and he died at 69 earlier this year.
I was broken-hearted because now I'll never see "The Man Who Fell to Earth"
without crying my eyes out and missing Ziggy Stardust. I'm 69 too.
I pray for Iman and their children to keep the legend fresh and popular.

Being a song writer and performer myself, I found this an interesting and inventive piece, with a few twinkle-eyed moments, along with some teary-eyed ones. Nicely done.
The one that’s hitting me most directly and palpably right now is Leon Russell. I have a bit of a personal past with him (in an unlikely, unexpected sort of way).
