A few years after one incident (that she did not quit over), the boss asks her to go share some pot in his car. And just want did she think he thought was going to happen? Nothing else? Granted, her boss was a creep and a pervert. And her? An idiot.
If “everybody” knew about what was going on, and hadn’t quit, it means they thought the pay (and tips, and opportunities to hang out with celebrities) was good enough to put up with it at the time.
