Doesn't matter, I make my own bacon, in my own smokehouse and it is good and I will continue to make it until the good Lord calls me home.

If you can find slab bacon it will last a whole lot longer. I put mine up on the slab and cut as I need. Of course 30 lbs does not go along ways around my family.

You can do them on the grill or in the oven, just cook until the bacon is the way you like it. If you don’t have a stand up Jalapeno cooker just cut them in half, stuff and wrap. Cook with the cut side up. Lay some tin foil in a pan and up the side, it will get greasy!
The only article on the website was written in 2015. 22 experts reviewed the literature and thought that “probably” red meat causes cancer. No mention of bacon.

Actually, our bacon comes from slabs in the meat markets where we buy it.
My wife and I love bacon, but 30 pounds might last about a year.

Buy double smoked bacon from your local butcher.
