But to be an actual member of MUFON you must be a trained investigator of UFOs, and it is rigorous
Bill was there cause the public is invited to MUFON meetings
Most MUFON members are retired Air Force officers, who did this same job for the Air Force
They were trained investigators whose investigations wound up in Project Blue Book
which is classified
The reports at meeting yesterday were eyewitness reports by MUFON members

This is the rise and fall of the tide in La Coruña, Spain. The difference is about 3.4 meters. RST stands for Romance Standard Time or Central European Time.
