Do you want all the killers, rapists, robbers, etc set free or never arrested? Is that your idea of justice? If it isn't why should you be excused just because you find the process unpleasent?...

I don't think it is my duty to mete out punishment
I don't believe in punishment
I know our Laws are based on punishment
but it is hypocritical to me that law is not enforced for clinton and his cohorts
but it is for others
I wouldn't have voted for punishment in Tucson criminal court for anyone in any case
but I would have believed the Law is equal for all
I have still not gotten over clinton using eric holder to put innocent people in jail when he was top cop
and having corrupt judges carry it out
on the other hand I appreciate it that when neighbor stole my property
I was able to get redress from the courts
and I pray with all my heart honest judge throws out harassment suit against FR

if people harm others they must be stopped from continuing to do it
yet no one seems to care that clinton continues right on weaving web of corruption
why isn't he locked up in facility for criminally insane
look what he did in Yugoslavia, plus he appointed corrupt federal judges, plus he did fraud in federal election, and tried to be our tyrant
and came this close to succeeding
and my friend's sister was put in prison for a year and her little girl taken away from her for possessing a small amount of cocaine
there's no use arguing with me westy, for you it is cut and dried
lock up the bad guys
make the streets safe
for me it is complicated and I don't know the answers?

I've done a lot of things in my life I didn't particularly want to do. But there is a concept called DUTY. If you want the right to call yourself a citizen you do your DUTy, whatever it happens to be. Otherwise you are a free loader on others sacrifices....

you carry a gun
I am 100% for 2nd Amendment rights
but I don't choose to carry a gun
I find other ways to feel secure
we each have our own way of doing things
and we each have our own beliefs
I want people to be arrested and stopped if they would continue to harm others
(but only for that reason)
but I would like to take punishment out of the equation
perhaps they could be held in lovelier places
and be treated kindly
no matter what anyone did, they do not deserve to be brutalized
but that is only my idea
it doesn't matter what I think
but it would affect how I'd vote in a jury
which is why I don't think I belong in the criminal justice system

I lived in a very rough neighborhood in lower Manhattan for a very long time
at the end I became close to the homeless men who swarmed it
they were not criminals but down on their luck
nearly everyone had a heart of gold

and not some time wasting case that should never have come to court
and I will do my best to be fair to both sides

I agree with you that citizens have a right to be safe and not threatened
and lead their lives in peace
and anyone who would harm them needs to be kept away
it's only that I wish they were kept away in gentler places and treated more gently
my single prayer is peace and happiness for all, and no harm to befall anyone

the falcons are named Belle and Stuart
seems Stuart lost his first mate, but same summer he met Belle who was just a young chick (still had her juvenile feathers)
they are happy together and just had 4 eggs
westy watched falcons all last summer, so he knows them
sweet dreams all
